We interviewed 4 agents and got appraisals before selling our house. All the agents were great, however Nelson was our choice. When we rang the other agents to let them know, one had some buyers that she wanted to show our house, so she hooked us for an open agency agreement for a week, after which we were going to go through the whole 9 yards with Nelson. She was awesome and sold our house without listing it.

However, even though we didn’t go with Nelson he was really supportive and made sure we asked the right questions throughout the process, gave us heaps of tips, followed up frequently and it was clear that he would be working for us with our interests in mind.
