New Generation Bathlink

Thank you for those suggestions to my bathroom remodel, it was old school and mildew, so I decided DIY makeover it before Christmas, now my bathroom has taken on a new look! My husband and I love it, we are appreciated!:)

Staff member are friendly and helpful, and their vanities are quite good with a lot of variety; their taps on the other hand are very limited and looks quite of low quality. Their shop is nicely decorated to highlight their products. Their prices are quite appealing, though you have to be careful as they have multiple prices. If you didn't caught them having lower prices they'll give you their highly inflated price tag.

Under the same price, i think this firm provides the best quality of bathware. Easy trade. May come back again.

Very shady operators. Purchased a vanity off them online but they refused to provide the product without almost doubling the cost of the product. They just started ignoring my emails.

Have used this firm many times. Most people think Asian is cheap these guys import good quality and have been around a while. Last home we did up 2011 bought all the fittings here, had an issue with a mixer, they came out to my house removed and replaced great service. Currently doing up our home and back here again.

I recently (January) purchased a marble bathroom vanity ($1300) from the above supplier. They delivered everything except the marble top which they said would come in the following months shipment. Every month they've told us a different story of why it wasn't here (it was forgotten on the shipment, it broke on the way over, they've lost it.etc). Today I called them and asked for a refund. They said I had to deliver everything back in the box and perfect condition and then I would receive a refund. I said that it was out of the box as I expected delivery in February of the marble top and got rid of the rubbish. They said they'd give me $400 for the marble top (the size is approx 1500mm x 500mm). Which I countered with $900. The refused and hung up. I now have half a vanity (the cupboard) which I have paid $1300 for plus a wait of five months. Very frustrating as I don't think they ever intended on delivering the marble as when I get frustrated they tell me to change the sink (which I bought off them at the same time) as my order is custom made. In my opinion they've taken my money for a quick sale (we bought over $3,000 worth of stuff in their store). Had they told me the vanity wouldn't fit the sink we wanted I never would have bought it.
