New North Pharmacy

This is one of the most helpful pharmacies /post offices I have ever come across, they are always courteous to me and my family and always go out of their way to explain and help us to understand any new medications.it maybe a small shop but their heart has always been in the best interest of the Mt Albert community.

Rude grumpy old man. Speaks to both his staff and customers with an attitude, as if everyone around is an inconvenience. Lovely asain lady, so kind and polite. Avoid old man.

Try sending money overseas at this branch of western union but every time they say it's system error. It seems like the staff needs some more training.
Well not going to visit that branch again. Just waste of time.

Wonderfully helpful and friendly service thankyou (after a day of frustration with other couriers and Postshop St Lukes.) I shall do all my NZ Post business here in future. Also very helpful was the NZ Post helpline person who referred me to New North Pharmacy

Went to fax something she didn't fax all the pages only 4 out of the 5 double sided pages then wanted to charge me $1.50 EACH to fax to an 0508 FREE number which I WAS going to pay until I realized that not only had she not sent all the pages but now I wold have to send them all again as they had to arrive together and she wanted to charge me for her first mistake! Bloody ripoff then to blame NZ post, no your greedy pricing has noting to do with NZ post I get. 20 cents maybe even 50cents. 80 cents would be pushing it $1.50 get real!

My favorite pharmacy ever in New Zealand. I used to go to other stores that are close to my house but I have to come back here. The staffs are really kind, helpful and caring. They run their business but for me, it seems like they do it for helping people.

Just been there for western union service. The front counter lady was so nice and friendly. Welcoming clients in a very nice way. Helped me a lot. So happy for her professional service. Thanks and keep up the good work.
