I am thrilled to update my review. The customer service team, especially Brandi Anderson, reached out to me promptly and resolved the issue in a way that exceeded my expectations. They showed genuine care for their customers. This level of service has completely changed my opinion of the company and I now feel like a valued customer.

It is common for things to go wrong, but what truly matters is how a business handles the situation. They have won me over and I look forward to shopping with them again.

Terrible experience.

We ordered a vanity from their booklet that costs over 2k, but they supplied something that doesn't suit the intended design.

The customer service was bad; one of the staff members was rude, and they didn't provide much help to resolve the issue. We gave up and asked our builder to resize the vanity.

I don't know if it is normal, but the vanity also didn't come with the fitting accessories, e.g, screws, etc. We were told to source them ourselves.

Brought their new serenity vanities for our new home, excellent service and prompt help with any questions/challenges. Highly recommend

I ordered a vanity before, but came in faulty. After hearing my feedback, they valued it and amended it. Not every company I know can do that nowadays. Appreciated the effort!

My husband and I bought our first home through home constructions, within 9 months we had an issue with a leak and was having to deal with a lot of contractors and suppliers through the process to firstly get it fixed and then going through the process of insurance it was a battle and was stressful but Katie and her boss Jeremy, took care of us and kept assuring us that it would be taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. We appreciate the customer service and the urgency when they realised things were still dragging on and handled settled. Thank you guys! We appreciate how you’ve handled this for us and thanks for the gift!

We recently have been through a terrible purchasing experience with you. The finish of these vanities look so cheap.especially, the 600 Lexa Wall Vanity, the walnut cabinet was finished on the cheap and low level.
We have been to your showroom several times, to make the whole house bathroom choices with your guys, we trust you have better quality and service than others, however, it doesn't. We are really disappointed in Newtech products, It's not as good as we hoped.we feel so let down.

We have ordered 5 vanities, 4 Vanity tops, 6 same size bowl basins, Bath and other accessories.when the order arrived, we found one of vanities metal strap was bent, one of top is scratched (we will try to keep it as we are far behind from our project), one of the corners of the other top is damaged and it took our personal time to drop to Chesters Albany.

One Vega 1500 wall Vanity, two drawers can not close properly, the Gunmetal extrusion is curved. My Plumber did everything the right way.

We have contacted Newtech and they asked us to pay one more time for the new vanity? Why do we have to pay extra money from a new one for your drawers mistakes? If we have a new one, we have to pay a double installation fee to my plumber.

In addition, we ordered 6 same size (4100mm) bowl basins and it turned out that 3 of them were 3900mm. As a large bathroom company, you have to check all the items in the right size, that's the responsibility.

You definitely should visit this great showroom in Penrose for any bathroom needs.
Ask for Anna - she was absolutely brilliant - listened to what I needed, gave great, fast & efficient service. I left the store very happy only wishing there were more sales consultants out there like Anna. Thanks heaps Anna you were FANTASTIC

Was a slow order and delivery due to some issues with their supply chain. Sounds like they are putting in some changes to make sure this doesnt happen to other customers. Thanks for the response and gift Newtech

Best showroom! If all were like this it would be so much easier to choose bathroom ware. It's big, the quality of their products is really good and we received great advice from the lady there. Shame they only open during weekdays.
