Sam and the team at Nexus were amazing to deal with right from the first phonecall. They were punctual, friendly and very professional. Not to mention very cost effective. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will be using them again when we do more work later in the year.

Nexus did a fantastic job on our bathroom reno, we'd highly recommend them! Good communication, well priced and great suggestions around what we needed to consider and extra options on what we might like to include to make it nicer as we weren't sure what to go for. Tidy and considerate too as I was home with two little ones. Super happy, will be using them again!

Sam the owner is unprofessional and unreliable! Asked for quote for new kitchen fit out, came home to find job started already no written/verbal quote provided. He came up with so many excuses and yet not once come over to view the job which was to install 6 downlights and yet made 21 holes as per photos. Had to pay my builder extra to cover up the holes. I also had to hire another Electrician to complete the unprofessional workmanship done. Sam had the audacity to invoice me for 2 so called qualified electricians and then to find out that we had a live wire to the waste disposal unit which they did not disconnect and gives me another excuse that he needed to charge 2 electricians to disconnect a live wire how can you justify that. The photos say it all! This rating doesn't deserve 1 star it should be NO star. I will also post this on social media to warn other people about my experience.

I have used Nexus Electrical on several commercial projects including my own new house build, I have no problem recommending Sam and his team to any prospective client.
