Nick did a wonderful job designing our new home. We had an odd shaped section and a very specific brief; he listened, worked closely with us, to his stated time frame and the end product is amazing. Great work)

We are so pleased we chose Nick Rowe to design our new cliff-top home! Nick was so easy to work with, really listened to us and understood what we wanted while at the same time always challenging us to consider more. He got the balance just right! Together with his team, Nick designed a stunning, gracious home for us, full of character, texture and ambiance. What particularly impressed me is how he got the the proportions just right, how perfect the spaces feel and how easy it is to relax, move around and just enjoy living in our new home. Thank you Nick!

Nick designed an addition for an exisiting Bach we personally have. We loved the concept Nick came up with incorporating the old with new. We HIGHLY recommend Nick and would use no other to do our work. He is one of the best in our opinion.

Nick Rowe provided excellent ideas and designs for an extension to our home. He was able to mirror the style of the existing home and at the same time improve the overall look of the property. He was consultative and was able to suggest options that others had not even considered. The builders, inspectors and other experienced and qualified tradespeople were very impressed and complimentary of the design. Nick was pleasant to deal with and an absolute pleasure to work with. Always went the extra mile and professional but friendly. Would recommend 100%

We engaged Nick's services to add an extensive outdoor living/kitchen/entertainment area to our existing dwelling situated on a rural lifestyle block. Nick was amazing at challenging and expanding our limited view of what we thought we wanted, to deliver a design that far exceeded our expectations. It also integrated well into our current home's façade. The outcome was definitely worth the investment in Nick's expertise to ensure we had something that was both functional and stylish.

Had the pleasure of working with Nick for our extensive deck redesign and house alterations. Nick was there answering all of our novice questions in a way we could understand. He overcame problems that arose with the project, and worked great with our builder. It's so hard finding an architect that will do the "smaller" jobs as well as the bigger ones! Highly recommend Nick Rowe Architecture for your next project!

When it came to extensive redesigning of a 1960"s bungalow, we though we knew what we wanted, until we had the privilege of meeting Nick. Nick challenged us on our thought process and put multiple options in front of us, that by far exceeded our expectations. We ended up with a fantastic home will additions that looks like they have always been there. The renovation included extending the dinning room, re-configuring the dinning / lounge area, one of the bedrooms and adding a master bedroom and en-suite. Awesome responsiveness and great working relationship with builders. Cant Thank Nick enough.:)
