Our house was affected by the flooding in Auckland and we were told by our insurance assessor to find someone to strip out the house fast. We contacted Ninety45 and were told they were on their way and they actually beat me to the house that day. They followed the instructions and offered advise when asked and they helped us design the rebuild and we were looking forward to dealing with them until the end but council have now red stickered the house so we are in limbo now. If there comes a time to rebuild or renovate our next house there is no doubt who we will call.

We undertook an extensive renovation of a 1920's Villa. Scott guided us through it with lots of practical advice and we found his experience invaluable. The guys on the project, particularly Paul, were professional, hardworking and considerate of the family as we were living in it through part of it. We have a great result and I highly recommend them.

We used Ninety45 for the renovation of our 1905 villa recently. This was the first time we had attempted a build or reno so we were nervous about the whole process, in particular the cost side of things. Our house is an old villa and we were keen to reinstate some of the original features and we knew the house might hold a few surprises.

To cut a long story short, it was a pleasure to deal with Fraser, Scott, Richie and the rest of the team from Ninety45. Reflecting now on what I liked most about the process, it was the availability or Fraser and Scott and the very high work ethic of the team. Progress was always being made and we hit our timetable despite several required additions / variations to the plan.

If you are considering a build or reno, I would not hesitate in recommending the Ninety45 team. It is a few months post completion now and we are loving the house and expect we will do so for decades to come.

Ninety45 was one of three builders we invited to tender for the complete renovation and extension of our Mt Eden villa.

From the moment we met Scott, we were put at ease with his professionalism. His guidance through what was our first renovation project - a daunting task - was invaluable

He is a great communicator. He worked very well our architect and engineer and the council to get the project completed on time. He and his team suggested several changes along the process which we believe delivered a better outcome.
