Worst customer service ever. Staff busy with each other. Nobody cares who enters and exit store.

Today I bought a new phone from this store. There has been some wait to get the product, Anyhow there was clear communication by Deepak.
I would say excellent service by Deepak Sharma. Rating 5/5

What a customer service. I was looking at desktop and a CSR came and asked if we need help. We said thanks and he came back again after 2 min and pulled the discounted price tag and increased the price by $600. Wow. Couldn't understand that sudden price increase at 04: 30 pm. When someone is already looking at that device.

Absolute amazing customer service and great assistance from Deepak Sharma. He was very knowledgeable with every product we inquired about and demonstrated how products work without any hesitance. He made our purchases very easy and satisfied. Definitely recommend! He is a great asset to the business.

Went to look and get some ideas and prices on a product but the salesperson was not knowledgeable and seemed too pushy for me to select a specific brand. Did not purchase. Normally a good experience, but not this time.

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced at a Noel Leeming store. Asked the young man in the turban if he could hold a tv for me for a day. He rudely said they don’t hold products. I said they do at every other store I have been to. He said no they don’t! Terrible and rude customer service!

Staff offered a $10 student discount, still $50 above other retailers, and so we went to the Manukau store where they discounted the exact same product by $25. How does that work?

They don’t bother to check before they sell things sometimes. I bought one of the ps4 top ups and I asked if he was sure it was gonna work and he said he was certain. I check dosent even work and on top of that they don’t even answer the phone

Came here few weeks ago and we were looking for a Bluetooth headphone as we were looking at them we felt over watched as a big Indian lady came asked us if we were ok with a lack of enthusiasm on her face as she didn't even bother to smile and I told her yes we are just looking and she just stood there so close giving me the impression like we were going to steal something like comon the counter is in front of it didn't have to stand so close anyway we bought one off them only because my partner wanted it as I really didn't want to get them because of the awful rude service we endured, Even her farewell was terrible smile next time! But how the Bluetooth on the headphones didn't work now its sitting in my cuboard as I can't even be bothered to go back to that awful place

Disappointed and Unprofessional
Customer Service.

Our current JBL stopped working last night so we decided to pick up a new speaker. After some research online we thought what better place than Noel Lemming, Papatoetoe cause we stay in Mangere.
I must say it was a sheer disappointing customer service experience. We looked at a few options of speakers. We had someone to help us initially when selecting a bluetooth speaker but then later on he disappeared.
Anyway, we went on looked ourselves and bought a PC speaker and wanted to test it as we were assured we could test our product after purchase.man at the counter billed it and said, he would test it but needed to serve other customers waiting inline. I thought fair enough. I would think he would coordinate with other team members and get someone else to do the testing cause I saw 5 others just sitting by a corner chatting, some walking around, but no one offered to help. To my disappointment we waited at the counter for a while. A few mins later the previous guy comes around and asks us if we were ok. So i told him we were waiting for someone to check the speaker. He then said we needed a port and disappeared yet again.
Eventually we found a port by the side, connected the speakers to the phone and tested it ourselves.
I've personally had excellent experience with Noel Leeming in the past specially the Slyvia Park one and the city downtown one.
Guess the area matters!

Rotten place. When things go wrong the management pretends not to have heard of the consumer guarantees act. Silly sausage, his attitude cost them more when their appointment in the small claims tribunal arrived.

A great place to pick up some of the latest gadgets, and all round great staff and very helpful store.

Wonderful store, although much of the stock isn't available at the store the staff are very helpful to track the item down and get it to their store asap
