Noel Leeming Sylvia Park

Rude and unprofessional customer service. Was inquiring about a phone but the staff rudely answered "not instock" and rudely shooed us off. Wanted to inquire more which phone they have in-stock but the staff walked away already before we could ask.

20 salespeople all talking to each other. We asked someone a question and she answered ‘I don’t know ‘ and left. We tried to get help from someone else, but all busy doing nothing.

Out of all of the Nole Leemings I have been to this has been the best that I have come across. Staff are friendly, and are ready to assist you from the moment you walk in.

Other branches the staff just stand there looking lost or they push you into buying extended warranty’s when you decline the offer multiple times

The staff weren’t friendly and acted like they didn’t want to be there. I went in wanting to buy a special gift for my partner and was greeted with unfriendly faces. Will not be returning.

Save yourself the future disappointment and buy elsewhere. This store is run by crooks. The manager, especially, is not helpful and will take advantage of you.

I purchased a device with a two year warranty that broke within the first two months. It was VERY gently used and clearly broke because it was cheaply manufactured and could not handle intended use.

I went to the store to redeem my warranty by having this repaired or fixed. Before even looking at the broken device, I was told "it was probably impact damage". I showed them that it was clearly NOT impact damage, and they insisted, refusing my warranty.

After speaking with the manager and being told the same thing, I was told they'd have a technician inspect it. I was given no proof of this "inspection" and the device was in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off. (It would have shown if they had opened it and actually inspected for damage.)

The manager has told me "just buy another" and I've been given no help in escalating this. They won't provide a phone number for warranty, proof of the inspection, or anything.

Dont bother to buy product protection. I just bought my nutribullet about 6 months ago. I havent even discuss yet my reason for being unhappy with the product. The guy just say, it doesnt work like that.
So next time. Dont bother to buy those poduct protection. Just a waste of money.

Extremely unhelpful staff. Their company made a mistake with a delivery to their branch. Went there twice and everytime no staff at the cashier wants to help. They all seem to hate their jobs. Terrible customer service. Never buying anything from them again.sigh.

They never answer the phone 4 days and emails from head office.
Yet the staff walk around chatting with each other

Eddie when you say you are going to do something then do it. Hide behind emails then reneg on what you said.

Big place, lots of good stuff, find a soundbar $1.500, and jbhifi selling the same for $1050, hm, Y?

It was very good as they did a price match and we saved $200 on a new sound bar with sub, very good service and friendly staff.

I have a special birthday coming up. I went into Noel Leeming Sylvia Park to check out tablets and smart watches. I got Anu & first we looked at tablets. She was abrupt & didn't seem interested in telling me about them. I then asked about smart watches. She asked if I was buying today. When i said no, she pointed, said there are the watches and walked off! How rude! I won't be going back there again.

I came in on Friday morning to buy a charger for my ph staff not helpful he was on his phone I asked him about a charger then he told me go warehouse not helpful at all

First time purchasing an item from the Noel Leeming branch at Sylvia Park, and thankfully my last. When I went in looking to purchase a new monitor, I’d asked one of the employees there if he could help me find a different model of the one that I had been looking for. Meanwhile the employee started talking to another employee and didn’t even bother to ask any questions about what I was trying to purchase and just walked off, leaving me standing there until I’d asked somebody else. Awful customer service, I should’ve just gone to the Henderson branch tbh

I've experinced the worst purchasing service from this store. Paid item at receiption desk and showed my flybuy card to them, and asked them twice not to forget to add it. They just simply ignore and failed to do it. After 20 days, I called again to check and I was told that it was my fault not to call them within 14 days. Obviously, this is not my fault.

Very bad customer service.when i went with my broken computer today the guy in tech solution didn't try to do anything.said he cant do anything.he was chinese ethnic looking guy.worst experience i had in reputed company.hope i can give minus stars.

Exceptional service. Bought and had to return a product for refund. It was quite straightforward and the staff were friendly and patient. Areesh who served me was exceptional

Shocking! Lady kept sending me to the front desk for help and couldnt answer simple questions like different colors of the product and unable to show what is available! Staff like this should be removed as complete waste of resources! This Indian lady on floor of Noel Leeming Sylvia Park is first ever bad experience I had at Noel Leeming, even after going approach her for help twice on the matter she said she can't help and litrally stood around doing nothing! Thanks a bunch!

Disappointing service ever.why sell a washer and dryer and not notify at the time of sale that there would be a 3 week delay? In addition, our stacker wasnt delivered and noone turned up to install!

We enter the store recieved exceptional service from a sales rep name Sid. He provide is very good old fashion servive and he knew is the products. Also it was nice not to feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and to be a valued client. Thank you.

I had Sid help me out. He was really helpful providing recommendations, answering all my questions and quick to check stock for a number of items. He also made time to come over to me at least 5 different times while I tried to make my mind up over which monitor I wanted. I walked out a happy customer, new monitor in tow. I’m sure other workers there are just as helpful but I’ll be making a point to seek him out in any future visits. Thank you!
