62Friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, but on my the food makes you come alive. It was worth the money spent! We came back twice in a week.
Favourite local spot. While pizza is the obvious highlight its not the only thing they do well. Friendly staff too
Sorry guys something has gone wrong here recently. This place used to be ok. This evening the service, whilst friendly, was below average. My main of the beef cheeks and red cabbage, the beef was really dry and tough, it wasn't good. The boys did enjoy their pizzas. Unfortunately, the below average service and low quality food, combined with a relatively high price needs some immediate attention.
When I visited this restaurant I ordered pizza. It pretty was average pizza. I expected more options from Greek, Italian, Croatian, Turkish cuisine as it's "Mediterranean restaurant". I would also say that prices are slightly higher than average
Disappointing. Group of about 14 of us. Ribs and beef cheeks overcooked. Big time difference in meals coming out.
First the negatives - several things on the menu were not available, service was cheerful but a bit inattentive and the fish of the day smelt 3 days old… but my brother said it tasted ok and it ate it all anyway. Now the good stuff. All the other food was delicious, ambience was great, the Espresso martini’s were excellent and even though it wasn’t on the drinks list they made a top notch Mojito. Kids meals and activity bags were well received. We’ll definitely be back.
Tried fish of the day -Snapper. Was overcooked and underflavoured and didn't taste right so wasn't eaten. For $38 you would except freshness, salt, pepper and lemon. Told the staff and was given a lousy 15% off that meal!
Had pizza and cocktails food was tastie Staff were nice food and drinks coming out was a little slow. Will be back
Absolutely appalling meal. We had 3 sharing dishes. The chicken was dry and stringy. The pork belly buns were extremely short on pork belly and the 5 prawns were in the shell and cost $27.
The other dishes about $25. Small portions and very poor quality for the price. And they forgot about our fries.
Never going back unfortunately.
Very cosy, friendly setting with a great vibe.
There were five of us and we were seated and served promptly.
However, there are a couple of things that should be mentioned:
My Seafood Chowder was somewhat disappointing. My past experience with Chowder has been that it has been quite thick. Mine was more like a consume and lacking in taste and seafood. Not a satisfying meal at all.
Another meal was Beef Cheeks and was found to be far too salty, as was the mash. Beautifully tender meat though.
Other diners seemed very happy with their pizzas and burger.
Great Ambience.
Good food quality. 3 stars are there were less options for a vegetarian to choose from.
However must try place.
Tried Nomads for the first time tonight. It was a well overdue girls catch up and I must say Nomads was the perfect place for it. Great atmosphere, fantastic food that was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, and very friendly staff. Nothing was a problem, they accommodated to my friends dietary requirements wonderfully. Would definitely come back again! My only very small niggle was that they were a little slow on the waters and we had to ask a few times for more but that's me knit-picking, overall it was a fantastic experience!
Nice local family restaurant, with ample seating, both inside and out. There is a play area where the kids can let off steam and play.
The food was amazing. Prepared with love and lots of flavor. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommend.
Always nice meals. Always nice tap beer options. Never a long wait time to be served. Park at countdown and walk through to Nomad.
Decent service, lamb steak was dry and flavorless tasted like it was frozen or just old. Pizza was alright. Fries tasted like cooked in old oil. Average and underwhelming.
Clean pleasant surround, beautiful presentation, Chef food plate up excellent. Three Diner's all agree
Thanks to the Nomad team for saving our Mother's Day lunch!
After our booking down the road went pear-shaped, we were lucky enough to get a last minute table at Nomad. The service was great, the food was delicious and portions were really generous.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and didn't bat an eyelid when we rearranged furniture to fit a highchair.
We'll definitely be coming back:)
The food is top notch, and the menu is different enough to other restaurants. The place is nice and warm and well sectioned. Excellent service, very tidy presentable and polite staff overall. We were weighted on by a young blond fellow, he checked on us just enough that you're not bothered, but feel looked after. Excellent dining experience.
Fabulous food, great service and nice and warm sitting near the pizza oven on a cold evening.
Samadi couldn't take our 6. But Nomad was very accommodating and a great surprise, they will definitely be our first choice next time. Their lamb shoulder was sumptuous, so tender and tasty. A wee trip down memory lane with the Brandy Alexander for one of our group. Hmm maybe they will have a Grasshopper next time!)
