Love this shop! I love their style and decor colours. The layout is a bit messy and it's tricky to follow a route but it's small enough that you can figure it out. They have good sales every now and again, otherwise their prices are a bit pricey for me.

Great products and great customer service at Nood Sylvia Park. Me and my partner bought a dining table, a coffee table and a beautiful chair and we couldn't be happier. Sam was a very knowledgeable and attentive sales person. Thanks and we'll surely buy from you again.

Nood are great and furniture is lovely. However, please DO NOT purchase Pelle protection plan. The 'protectant' does not work on any upholstery, the spot cleaner is useless and the service team at Pelle are unhelpful. Please just purchase Scotchgarde at supermarket instead. Pelle is not useful and has resulted in faster degradation of our $13K couch.

This is one of my favourite furniture store. Their products are beautiful and great quality.

I was served by Barbarad and she was amazing. She went above and beyond and was friendly and super professional. She kept coming to me while I was browsing asking me if I needed further assistance. She kept accomodating my requests such as opening a sofa bed and helping me with assembly questions etc

I really appreciated her help.

Rude manager, refused to provide refund 2 days later even though item was never picked up from their warehouse. Avoid.

Went there to buy a mirror. They did not have it in stock and refused to sell one although they had 3 exactly the same mirrors on display.

Unbelievably slow for paying at the counter. Not a busy time but waited more than 12 minutes just for paying for few scans and pay items only 1 customer ahead of me and the customer walk away and saying good luck. Finally my turn and the staff ask me to wait again as she needs to get some items from the back and all she needs to do is just scan my items and I pay then she can move…

This shop has got some great stuff and some cheap gordie stuff but generally a very nice place, service is great and informative plus pleasant. The shop does cater for a certain field that will not be everyone's taste but theres always another shop to fit other needs and tastes.

A great place to shop for beautiful wall art and found furnishing also that ties in with the large piece we purchased. Excellent sale price savings. Unexpected. Another week to go so recommend shopping to save.

Disappointed with the level of communication skills demonstrated by Nood MT Wellington Store (Rebecca) in general. When you have promised to get back to your customer, you must honor your word. I have been waited over 3 weeks now for response and have nothing but bad experience from this store.

Terrible service, bought a couch, my partner wasn't happy with it, I asked for refund in same day after 2 hours, they told me according to our refund policy we can only issue gift card.

We spent a pleasant 1/2 hour perusing this shop. Our purchases were dealt with by a delightful young lady. I believe her name was Alice. A good store with a lovely selection of goods. Many thanks

Terrible service, no help and when we found the $1400 table we we wanted to buy they had none in stock out the back and refused to sell the display one. We asked if they could ship one out to us for free as they would not sell us the display one they said no. Big waste of our time. Save your self the hastle and just shop on line. A shop full of furniture they won't sell. What a joke.

This is a furniture that is part of a Nationwide group. Whilst it stand for New Objects Of Desire it is looking a little similar to Freedom and Design. Highland cattle prints and Globes are a little passe. With regular sales with up to 50% off, suggestion is to wait on major items.

We ordered a couch July 14 because we moved house and had no couch. We received incorrect order twice and we won't get the correct piece of our couch until end of September now. Offered a refund of $50 for delivery cost. Awesome friendly staff great products unsatisfactory stock picking / delivery service.
