Unbelievably bad workmanship! Here's a picture of how they put roofing screws in. Choose your installer wisely or you will have to redo it.

Awesome experience with NCH. Great consultation at the shop to find what we need, they did all the permits with the council and even sorted all things when the council screwed up. The installation was flawless, even when they encountered some unexpected difficulties, they mastered it perfectly. We are extremely happy (and warm). Loving it.

Had these people around for a quote to install a Masport fire in a 2 storey house, clearly it was beyond his (Paul) skill level. That would have been fine, if he'd just said that, but no, he phones a couple of days later telling us he'd been speaking to Masport, and it couldn't be done. Spoke directly to Masport, "no, should be fine". Got an expert in, job done, and signed off. Need a fire, go somewhere else.
