North Harbour - Premium Used Vehicle Centre reviews
25The service department was great. The communication was fantastic. Shout out to Kevin the manger for taking such good care of us. Highly recommend this service department.
Service was fine but (1) did not fix the fuel gauge and (2) way too expensive for a simple service
Top service on this occasion from Nick.
Quality used vehicles, so I purchased one of them.
Outstanding and helpful service and I didn't even but my Hyundai from here, but I will next time! Over the course of a few weeks I needed advice and had the best 5 star service, I have ever had from a car yard. Long gone are the pushy car yard types, these guys really know their stuff too.
Sold my 2017 CX-9, and got a very good price, saves me having to do private sale.
The entire experience was fantastic, the manager was very easy to deal with, just looked around the car, gave me a price that I was happy with, followed by paperwork, and the process was done!
Also got a free ride home from one of their team saving me to organise my own Uber!
Nathan from North Harbour Vehicles was absolutely amazing to deal with! He made the process very easy. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from here.
Once North Harbour has your mobile number there is no end to the SPAM text messages you get from them (despite repeatedly opting out).
Took a Ford Ecosport for a test drive. They said they would send me through a great offer by email (trade in for my car) It arrived and was between $2000 and $3000 lower than what I have been offered at other dealers. Messaged them straight back to ask them to bring me back a new offer.have heard absolutely nothing. Guess they don't want my business, so this weekend I am off to do business with their competition.
Always had very good service here. Friendly staff, test drives not a problem and a good range of vehicles.
I wish there was a rating with minus to give.
The dealership should win The worst dealership award in NZ.
They treat the customers as if they are coming asking them for money.they make you actually hate the Ford Brand in total and hate the day that you decided to buy from them.
The service is terrible and slow, they couldn’t even diagnose the fault of the AC in the vehicle that I bought almost brand new for a whole month.
What kind of service is that!
And when you ask for a loan vehicle it’s usually taking them a month to find availability. And its like they are doing you a favour by giving you a car way below your car level.
If you are looking to buy a Ford just don’t find another brand who have nice staff and know what customer service means.
My RX8 required the airbags replaced. I had coils, leads, oil and a oil filter at home, so I asked them to change all of those while it was in. When I got the car back everything was done as requested & the car had the brake/clutch fluid topped up and was completely vacuumed out. Better than any service I've received elsewhere. It's those little things that make a difference.
See Rob Emery for a great deal on a new Ford. Rob the sort of low pressure salesman we like to buy a vehicle from
Great staff/deals/service and follow up - been buying new for years with total confidence. See Rob Emery in the showroom and Paul Cartmell at Hillside to keep your buy in top nick.
North Harbour Ford are literally the worst excuse for a car dealer that I have ever come across. Purchased a brand new Ford Ranger and were promised that it would be ready for collection in 2 weeks. Its almost 6 weeks and they are still struggling with the concept of communicating with us or handing over the actual vehicle. Speaking to management hasn't resolved the issue either.
Do yourself a favour and head to a dealer ship that can cope with selling and delivering a car.
Staff were friendly enough when on the yard. But when I called with a question about the AA reviews on a particular vehicle they went silent.
Sales lost and confidence in the brand lost.
Always an absolute pleasure to deal with these guys. Outstanding workshop and staff to back it up.
The older sales men needs to retire and let new young blood in to the job that are not so judgmental or how one may a pair to them in regards to how much money you may have. The sales person
Rob was disinterested in helping us and it was like talking to a piece of hard cardboard. I will purchase my car at another Ford not this one
Posting on behalf of my mum! We went to North Harbour Ford looking for a new car for my mum. The team were very helpful and patient with us! They helped with all my questions and queries, including giving us different financing options. I would definitely recommend them when purchasing a new car. A smooth and easy process making our new purchase a fun and enjoyable one!
Dealerships like these give the Ford brand a really really bad name. They ought to be shut down immediately in my honest opinion. The services department kept overcharging me for parts and services that I do not need. I compared prices so I know! I have since dumped my Ford because of this, and also for being a horribly unreliable vehicle! You have been warned!
Absolutely love the new waiting area. Nice coffee. Lovely fresh baked goods to indulge in while waiting for the vehicle to get serviced. Amazing front desk staff.
