I took my van in with a couple of problems, which NH auto quickly diagnosed, came up a solution and quote. When I picked my van later everything was working perfectly. It's great to deal with a company that are knowledgable and are striving to provide great customer service. Thanks, I was very happy!

Thank you for squeezing my Mazda Bounty into your busy schedule at short notice. My ute had a problem with starting. I rely on it for work and was desperate to get it fixed. The great team were able to diagnose a problem with the ignition switch and replace it. Very happy with the outcome and for having a reliable ute back in my hands. Honestly super impressed with the customer service. I brought my 1993 Toyota Surf here and they were very good at communicating what was going on with me. Also the old guy I can't remember his name had some great wisdom for me haha. Highly recommend this business.

'Mazda Silverdale' had my 2014 Mazda for 3 months, could not diagnose the problem & gave me my car back still broken. I then took my car to North Harbour Auto Air & Electrical who fixed everything in around 2 days.

The team is very trustworthy and reliable. Customer service is beyond exceptional. They went over and above to look at fixing my car. The cost of repairs was also quite reasonable given my car is European. My bill was way cheaper than I expected. I would highly recommend this place for any electrical faults and any repairs. Nothing short of awesome service. Had a faulty starter motor on motorhome came out took it away, needed replacing. Lucky for me they had one came back next day and I was mobile again. Many thanks to Stevan and his boss who went out of there way to help me

Best place we've every had our vehicles serviced at, they cant work miracles but they sure do try. My partner drives up from Hamilton to get her vehicle serviced there, she says its worth the drive to know its been done properly. Good for tyres and batteries as well.

I had a steering problem on my car which was a concern for me. The guys looked at it and talked me through the process. They discussed cost with me so there was no surprises. My car has now been fixed, drives like a dream. They even fitted a new bulb for my park light. Always willing to help. Great team all round.

After having issues with my car earlier in the year and spending loads at another mechanic, without ever actually figuring out and fixing the problem, I took my car here. The team were super friendly and were able to figure out what was wrong with the car within a few hours - such a relief.
Yesterday I had another issue with my car (totally unrelated to earlier in the year) and again, I had amazing, quick service and communication from the team.

Dissapointed - They told me worse case scenario $800 to fix headlight. Said they knew the job and had done one previous week. Left it with confidence. Returned and they said can't fix it and I owed them $100 for looking at it. When I complained I was told this was discounted from $209. I'm $100 down for doing nothing. Not happy.

I first pop in to get some advice and help because my truck was playing up and I didn't know what was going on? Brian came to my rescue with excellent advice and expertise I ended up getting my truck fixed thru this company as they found the issue were 3 ather company's had no idea what was going on!
