Young man his service was good. But sadly the owner NOT AT ALL hired chainsaw blade was blunt so I just let them know Bec my partner has been a tree trimmer for 27 years he was rude and arrogant said WELL IM STILL CHARGING YOU WHY DIDNT U BRING IT BACK WE WERE 58mins away had already started the job and had to hire other 1 …POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NEEDS TO HUMBLE HIM SELF COULD OF APOLOGISE OR KNOCKED FEW BUCKS OFF BUT BECAUSE WE COULDNT MAKE IT BACK IN TIME CHARGED US WAY MORE WOULD NEVER USE HIS COMPANY AGAIN RUDE OLD MAN

Very easy and efficient to deal with, ran me through all the operating procedures for the upholstery cleaner I rented and it had my couch looking brand new!

The equipment I hired was fine, a compacter and roller. But the owner compared to the previous one is a real penny pincher and I would not go back. Reason….
When I picked up the equipment at 1.30 pm, I hired it for half a day. The young pleasant assistant said if I returned the equipment at 7.30 am the following day I’d get charged for a half day hire. This would allow me to not have to get into AKL traffic that afternoon to return the gear. I had the equipment back at 7.45am the following day only to be met by the owner who charged me for a full days hire. I queried why but was told any overnight retention incurred a full days hire. … REALLY! …. As if between 5.30 pm at closing and 7.45 am the following day he would have been able to hire out anything between those times. Very dissapointed… go to hirepool instead! Rob Reydon

The assistant staff - though willing and accommodating enough - by their own admission, know precious little about the machinery they're dealing with. This can be forgiven because they're really doing everything they can to help.
The machinery however, is sent out in a state of absolute disrepair. Wires exposed in their power cables and threadbare dust collection bags, haphazardly held together with cable ties.
The manager is aggressive, condescending and overly familiar.the combination of which makes for an all round unpleasant experience. Fortunately there are other tool hire places to try instead.

Go there to rent a trailer for small Saturday jobs from time to time over many years. Always friendly and very helpful and reasonably priced. Top notch value for money.

Hired a standard trailer for half the day at a good price. Tarquin was great to deal with and very helpful

Graham is an amazing man! I needed an extension wand, so I went to hire one. But later found out their extension wand is different from my water blaster, it didn't fit. So I returned it and he exchanged it and put a new fitting in for me - free of charge. I love his customer service skills and altogether an awesome company as well!

My water blaster would start. I went on You Tube and followed tips but still wouldn't start. Graham got it going in no time. Didn't charge my anything and gave me a free anti freeze kit for my water blaster. Spent quite a bit of time giving me good tips on how to look after it. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I bought a brush cutter from Mitre 10, it was not it for the job, but they sent me here to repair it. NHH fixed it, but sold me one that is way better for not much more money, showed me how to maintain it, some other good tips. Been using the tool for a month now, really happy to have a decent one that does the job!

Very poor customer service, loose chain on chainsaw paid 130 for less than an hour and the owner displayed disappointing customer service

Fantastic service from an independent business. I'd go to these guys over a big group like Kennards or Hirepool any day! Great equipment at reasonable prices
