North Shore Canvas have just completed enclosing my deck with Ziptrak Blinds and I could not be happier. They look even better than I could have imagined. The job itself was a tricky one as my deck roof structure was anything but straight but Craig and his team made it work beautifully. The service I received from start to finish was exceptional. I cannot recommend Norh Shore Canvas enough.
Purchased an awning 4 years ago and within 2 years it was falling apart. Stitching failing, windows and mesh all falling apart. Sub standard materials used in my opinion. 6k for 4 years lifespan on an awning is a joke as is the warranty period.
Absolutely ripped, do not use these people if you are looking for something to last
Went in to get a straight forward awning roof for our caravan. It became a very over complicated situation which is crazy considering the one we currently use was bought from Intenze and works perfectly fine. They could even use it as a template but no. The only reason we wanted another one was for colour matching to the caravan. It's only a plain rectangle!

Got some seats re-upholstered and the friendly service is what stood out, a business that still has the 'customer comes first' approach.
Took a very small tent repair (5-10mins) in.explained that I needed it in 11 days. Boss then wanted to whack me $80 and said " you could do this yourself -i don't need you, we can't do it for three weeks "! I spent $1000s with this company over the years. So i said i would help spread the word that they are too busy to do your work! Customer service Zero here
