22 Very unprofessional behaviour.
Very unreliable.
I had two sheds that should be removed.
One of them was wired.
Mike inspected the site and gave me a quote. His guys came to get the job done, but, when I told them one of those sheds is wired I realised that they didn't know.
What Mike did when he inspected the site?
The first rule of inspection is to detect any sort of hazards including electrical hazards.
Mike hasn't inspected the site properly and he failed recognising the hazards.
BTW, I called him again after my electrician unwired the shed and set another appointment.
Guess what? The guy didn't show up.
I called Mike again and he said they will come tomorrow. Then I realised that the price he gave me was NOT including rubbish removal which means they leave the rubbish at site after demolition.
Seriously?
Be careful doing business with these guys, ask him to give you a precise quote. Moreover, make sure he inspects the site properly considering all sort of hazards involved, otherwise you'll get in trouble with them.
For me, it was just waste of time.
In response to cheap ass Soheil, who expected us to dump all his household rubbish, and truck it to the dump, and was so stupid that didn't realise his sheds was still connected to power, which was a total waste of our time, cost us turning up, expected so much more, and was the worst client we have ever had in 34 years of demolition. Complete idiot and tyre kicker. Be aware of this fool. -Mike
