North Shore Air Conditioning came to troubleshoot my Mitsubishi heat pump and diagnosed a failed main electronics board in the outdoor unit. A very expensive item to replace after only six years, they arranged an out-of-warranty replacement with the distributor. Nothing to gain for themselves but went out of their way for me as a customer. Always turned up on time and charge a fair price for the technician's time.
