Around 1.4 ton general waste house hold rubbish
charge 514 dollar，overprice ，ripped off the stuff looks very rube，never again.

Prices are all over the show. Grumpy cashier. Took 1x 50L green waste bag was charged $35. It’s a shame.

Dropped cardboard off many times in work van for free no problems but went to dump a bootload of cardboard and told it was $15 by grumpy guy at the gate. Went to Enviro Waste off Constellation, lovely friendly woman at the gate and free to dump cardboard.

A boot full of cardboard all folded and broken up. I was told it was free to take it here.
Nope $35 for the pleasure.no thanks.
I thought they were supposed to be encouraging recycling?

My employee was told by employee at tip gate there was no weighing after dropping off rubbish and the tip employee guessed the weight of my ute and trailer at 2.5 ton the weight of my ute and trailer is 3.6 ton so have been over charged and will not be going back and using this business again.

Ripped off, I’ve been coming to this place more than 10 times to dump a car load of cardboard everytime. The price is seem to be different depending on the cashier’s mood? I got charged nomally around 15 dollar for a car load of cardboard, and today the guy tryna charge me 35 dollars and I’m 100% sure he is not new, he served me a few times, and I told him the price is normally 15 dollars, and he responded that he never charged 15 dollars for a car load of cardboard, but he actually did.

Then I left and found another place like 5 mins away think it is called evirowaste refuse station and it is FREE for carboard!

Friendly staff, but why oh why are they shut on a Sunday? It’s during the weekend that people would need to use this service

No longer let you dump waste based on weight; wanted me to pre pay $33.00 and I only had approx 15kg of waste.

Not one of my favourite places to visit but when there's rubbish this place is super handy could be cleaner and modernized

The staff are great. Very helpful with instructions and guidance to back the trailer. Drop off is under cover so no need to worry about the weather.

Had to pay to throw away some cardboards. That doesn't make sense at all coz people actually pay us do get recycling material.

I regularly go to this Transfer Station. The guys are always helpful and kind. They help.unload your vehicle and sort if needed. Good sorts and a lot cheaper than the Enviro Waste stations.

Arrived at 16: 17 on aThursday with a Ute full of rubbish. Was told to go away they close at 16: 15.

There website has a closing time of 18: 00.

Waste management, more like waste of time.

We had a similar experience yesterday. Charged $36 to dump cardboard as general waste as advised the cardboard bins are full. No other options were presented. Perhaps you should increase your capacity for cardboard if this is a general occurrence. We are trying to do the right thing and recycle responsibly. PLEASE do something about this.

So they advise the cardboard bins are full. This is 3 weeks apart from same BS as last time so charged $33 as now a general dump. Was only for a handful of boxes.

What a bunch of lying cheats!

Guy on the weigh bridge was pleasant and polite. Guys in the yard were helpful. Price was fair and no complaints from me.

Quick and efficient. No trailer backing and it is the day after shutdoqn. Was expecting a line, was none.

These guys do an excellent job. Their facility is easy to access with plenty of manoeuvring space to best place your car. The staff is friendly and efficient. For instance if you come with cardboard boxes, they point out the benefit for flattening them. Makes perfect sense.

You can drop cardboard and paper off for free. I interacted with 3 members of staff, all of whom were friendly, one in particular really went the extra mile.

What a pack of moaning buggers some of these people are. I use this transfer station very frequently. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The yard staff will even go so far as to help an old fellow to unload. Great service thanks guys and a Very Happy New Year to you all.
