Yet again, the sales team can’t be bothered to act on my query to purchase a vehicle from your yard. It’s not the first time I have experienced this poor service, the last time I went and bought a Volvo instead. This time it was for my husband who wants the new Landcruiser. We have been customers before but still no response after a whole week, I even took time out of my day to come into the yard. Makes me wonder if you need to be a middle aged bald man to be taken seriously in your dealership. So disappointing.

Poor Attitude of staff.
Called for my new car service…

Wow really disappointed about the person answered the call at North Shore Toyota. She was not interested on my inquiry at all.not helpful/ not friendly/ very rude.

Didn’t expect this from a Pioneer brand like Toyota.maybe you are having enough customers and not in need of new ones.i know that my review doesn't really matter as i'm just a ONE customer.but my Car matters for me.but remember one day you will loose lot of customers "Toyota lovers".

Ordered and paid deposit on Corolla.waited 6 months no communication.then phoned to say price gone up and need to get in touch within a week. When went into store we saw the Manager run out for lunch, when asked to see Manager.no one cares or tells the truth. If I could give no Stars I would.

Poor experience booking a service. Booked on line and subsequently received confirmation. Days later received confirmation for a different date and time. Then another message cancelling first booking. Told to call a number which when called was told number no longer used. Shuttled between a customer service person dealing with several branches and the NS service centre. Next car might not be a Toyota!

I paid $200 electrician for my driving camera and its portable battery last December because I asked Toyota care if they can do it for me but they advised me to find electrician. Anyway it worked well for a month until I visited Toyota care for service last month. Few days later after service done, I found my dash cam was not working and light was off as well. I thought it’s broken and I just left it. Few days ago, my friend helped me to check dash cam and found fuse was out from the fuse box. I don’t know it’s just mistake or something. I know I have interior camera as well and staff might remove it while servicing but they should inform me or put it back after. Even though I made complaints to company but no reply at all.

Woaw could not speak the the service persons there without been spoken on top of for no reason…. Requested to talk to his manager and got denied! Disgusting never had to deal with a person like this before.
Now the second I’ve been there to service a Toyota and apparently their booking system is garbage.

People, just do yourself a favour and go to Albany Toyota. They offer Leadership & Value from the top of the shore! Albany Toyota is definitely worth those extra miles! They have better service and kinder staff.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience servicing my car here. Dropped it off at 1: 30pm on a Saturday 10/12/22 and they gave an indication of around 4pm the service should be done and that they will contact me when it's done.no messages or calls to let me know of any delays.

Then at 5: 25pm I get a call asking if I will pick up my car today or Monday. I said today. And they had the audacity to say they close at 5: 30pm and I should hurry. I asked why they didn't tell me earlier and they said they expected me at 5pm.as if I should just know my service is done by then. I always get a text before.

I will take my car to a different Toyota location from now on. But I hope for their sake they change their attitudes or staff and improve their process

Very enjoyable and hassle-free purchase experience! Incredible customer service received from consultant Star Chen! He is friendly and professional, providing me with detailed and useful information. No pressure salesman. Highly recommended. Definitely will buy my next car from him too:)

I booked my vehicle with Toyota Northshore on 26/10/2022 I was told that the battery will arrive from Japan in the middle of November and the vehicle will be ready than. Today on 14 November I called them to check if my vehicle is ready so I can pick it up they said another 6 weeks required to fix it as the battery is still on its way. So disappointing service no credibility no apology and no other option was given except wait for the part to arrive.

Worst experience ever with these guys, the manager is rude, and the salesperson Luke and his manager are rude. They treated us bad. First, they were selling us a car with scratches, and they agreed that the paint would be done, but then the manager came out with an attitude and rudely said you will get the car as is. He didn’t even know how to talk and just walled away.

I bit annoying the waiting area. No power plugs; so hard to work on the laptop when nothing yo power it up with. And it would have been awesome to have free wifi to work on instead of dealing with bad reception in some places of the waiting room.

Due to some reason the gentleman hesitated to show me car and kind of ignoring me. But he is treating other people differently, not sure why such a discriminatory experience I had.
Second visit that person was not there and was a good experience.

Tried to diagnose my Toyota vitz and after couple of weeks, they said that they have no luck finding it. Charged for two hours for nothing. Why did I take my car to Toyota? Believing that they have device to diagnose their own car! Am not sure what to do with my car now.

They were busy so had to wait a while but they had a full person height touch screen to browse the website which was extremely helpful while Waiting.
Service was good and answered my questions in a genuine way.

Was interested in buying a Toyota from the yard. After looking around for close to 10 minutes no sale staff approached me to offer assistance which amazed me no end. No one else was looking at cars on the yard and only one sales assistant appeared less than interested in me while playing on his mobile. Ended up buying a car from a different yard around the corner 30 minutes later.

Maybe online sales are more important these days? For a little interest and effort they would have had a sale. Dilemma when getting another car later this year for another of my kids.
