Fantastic! Did a next-day building inspection, and received the report a few hours later. Really impressed with the comprehensiveness, and they spotted several things I definitely would have (and had) missed or not thought to check for. Highly recommended!
Mark and Julie were very easy to deal with, very accomodating and their reports go into great detail giving you piece of mind when purchasing a new home.
The first inspection they did uncovered a curve ball we were ready to jump into. The second inspection we will purchase the house with the piece of mind that everyone should feel comfortable with when making one of the biggest investments that they will.
North Star Inspections inspected our home before we bought it a few years ago. I recently looked at the report again, and I'm amazed by the level of detail and also how readable it is for a layperson such as myself. Therefore, I really have to give 5 stars and recommend North Star Inspections.
