I had a truck booked in for a Service. Very good communication, good knowledge about the work. Service for bit expensive this time.

Went there for service as it's so close to me, despite of bad reviews from friends. Was rushing away that day then realised that they only gave my car a vacumming but no wash done. Called the call centre the second day and was told a quick wash should be a part of the service and they're going to "investigate". I waited for 1 week patiently but nothing happened. So went back in person and asked the front desk, and was told they were not like Henderson, and they didn't have the facilities to do a quick wash!? So you charge me the whole service fee but couldn't deliver the same standard Toyota service? And you didn't think you should have informed me in advance? I always used Toyota services, but this time is something new. Makes people wonder if any service you've got there actually meet the promised standard, or they might have skipped a few things just because they don't have the facilities?

Great service. Went to fix an issue with suspension. They helped me to get it fixed under Toyota Care on goodwill.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service received. To begin with, the reception staff was consistently rude, displaying impatience as if serving customers was a burden. It was frustrating to have to explain the problem four times to four different people. Despite their lack of attention, they failed to diagnose the issue and still charged for their so-called “diagnosis. ” This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, my car was still under warranty, and I specifically mentioned a noise from the front suspensions when driving over speed bumps. However, they couldn’t detect the noise, even after three mechanics went on a test drive. Moreover, they failed to resolve other issues as well. I’ve escalated the matter to Toyota, but their response has been equally unhelpful, as apparently, these branches operate as franchises. It’s truly frustrating.

Really bad experience, I check the engine room after done the service, what a mess! Not a pro Toyota centre, even I change oil by my self, can better than this.

I booked online, got a callback to get extra details. Dropped the car off for service and WOF. Gift s complimentary drop off at home (thanks Paul superb guy)

Got a call back once it was done, was given a summary over the phone and the results of the WOF (failed) they didn't have parts on hand to fix. But was given a few options, including thing a few places to see if I could either get the parts or the repairs done. Got a pick up as well.

Great service, been getting our car serviced with New Lynn branch for a while now.

The recheck was simple as well once I got it all fixed up (via Auckland city branch, but that's a different review)

My dad's been going here before. I'd recommend them, and price competitive with a great service and team.

This was our first Toyota service experience and we are really disappointed for their service. I am not particularly knowledgable in car details and had a faith that if there is any issue, we would have known after recieving the report - our car had a damp/oil smell after the service and over the course of two weeks now our air conditioner stopped working (cooling doesn't work), we asked them what we should do and they asked to pay us extra 300 for fixing it.

Also the reception guy didn't explain what is going to happen or what we are paying for, other than asking to sign a paper and come back after 45minutes. (Staff members looked a bit stressed as well overall) I don't want all the details but I was expecting to get some intro or explanation of what I am paying for.

Never want to go back this place.

They have given me good and reasonably priced service but last service they stated that my tyres needed replacing. I was a bit puzzled as I had had new ones put on not too long ago so went for a second opinion after my mate told me he reckoned they were fine. The garage that I went to sell tyres but they reckoned they didn’t need replacing for some time. Now, 6 months later I have had a WOF and the tyres are still fine. Hint hint there is a tyre workshop right next to this Toyota garage. I talked to a girl from reception and she just shrugged her shoulders. Make your own decisions about your own tyres peeps.

I have had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at New Lynn Toyota when Auckland moved from Level 4 to Level 3. Right from the get go to the end New Lynn Toyota made the journey a wonderful experience for me. A customer experience like no other, the team at New Lynn Toyota are superb, customer focussed and superfriendly. They make you feel welcomed and treat you like how a customer should be treated. Knowledgeable plus expert advice, the service team did a great job and I could feel the positive difference in my vehicle when I left. Zuber, Stephanie, Neesha and the team I thank you and I will surely be seeing you in the near future.

We had our vehicle booked in for a service and an infotainment system upgrade and the use of a loan car.the team were very very helpful after being told by bookings that the infotainment upgrade might no be able to done on a saturday they said they would get it done.very friendly staff.highly recommend.

You car in for a recall repair, and upgrade to the storage for Android auto.

The ladies were great, friendly, welcoming, and told me everything up front. No stress, no surprises.
It was ready at the time I was told, and the free loan car helped out as well.
First time thought to this dealership, and first impression was great.

Think I may switch back to Toyota for my services etc now
