North Western Toyota - Henderson

Very disappointed, cancelled my purchase with North Western Toyota, sent the refund request on the 8th of Septemeber 2023, but no money show up in bank account yet.

Took my 2014 Rav here to have brake work completed that another AKL Toyota diagnosed. I was very pleased with Henderson Toyota from booking, to the actual service, to the post-service after care. I’ve been to 4x AKL Toyotas at various parts of the city, and I am by far most impressed with this Henderson Toyota. I am so happy with them, I will drive from South AKL to have my Rav serviced in Henderson VS all the other Toyotas I have to drive past just to get from South AKL to Henderson!

Understaffed with only one person working the lot. When we approached to ask questions we were told they would get to us next, sadly wealthier looking family came in so we were promptly ignored:)

This outfit were really good and efficient first two years of my near new car then.gradually service became so frustratting. Non notification of my next service plus noticing that some of front desk staff are sometime confused of what their roles are aaarrgghh. Please change as I'm willing to pay for good quality service like you used to offer.

Ww recently bought a used Land Cruiser Prado, the experience is percent pleasant. Angus knows his car very accomodating and answered all our questions. After sale is really good, we had a few minor issues and Angus was always there answering all our questions and has always a solution for it. If you want to buy a brand new or used Car, northwest toyota in Henderson and ask for Angus. And were going to shop again for my daughter’s first car. Highly recommended. ️️️️️

Kelson was a very reliable salesman and gave me a lot of advice during my car buying process, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Norh western Toyota store. The car is in very good condition, the sales is very enthusiastic and the service is very lovely.

Only Toyota dealership to actually get back to me. Andrew is good to deal with and I'm looking forward to hopefully pick up a brand new CHR soon.

Worst customer service experience ever. 2017 Bought brand new vehicle same place and did the free service two years. 2019 i founded some issues with their service. Specially how to treat the customers. Then stop to go there. Wonder after three years same thing happened.
Went back again after three years to book my 6th service No any idea about the services and no any idea to recommend the service which is suitable to customers. Finally I selected the best one for my vehicle and i felt they don’t wanna any business so I said I go and book another toyota they smile and said it’s good.
I think this people have ton of money and they bought vehicles for us….
Give some respect….

Friendly, helpful salesman who we felt gave us honest opinions and recommendations. We appreciated that he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want.

Awesome staff, good quality service and excellent effort put in to make my car feel brand new. Would highly recommend. Excellent grooming service too. Will definitely be back next time.

The pre sale experience with Angus was excellent. Unfortunately, the post sales experience with Daniel was non existant which is unacceptable after spending 25k+ on a vehic1le. Has left a very dissappinting customer experience. Would most definitely not recommend this Henderson branch to anyone.

I dealt with Kelson Ju at this dealership. He is very experienced and has great knowledge about the brand and in particular the Land Cruiser. I had no doubts about what I was buying. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with questions etc. Would happily deal with Kelson again. Thanks!
