I did a regular dental check, a cleaning for my first trip, and a teeth whitening for the second visit. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the service and the results! All staff members were so professional, helpful and kind. Will definitely come back for more regular checks, and already have recommended this place to friends and family!

Great service by Dr. Jay. Warm & friendly however the assistant wasn’t too gentle. Kept hitting my teeth with the metal instruments. Also the receptionist is initially nice but if you ask questions that may confuse her a tiny bit, she seems to get easily annoyed and her friendly character fades away. I thought it was just me but when my friend dealt with her another time, she got the same experience by just asking if she can use southern cross & that health app discount at the same time.

Her appointment was late 30 mins. The dentist was nice but she also kept hitting her teeth with those instruments even after my friend commented about it.

Dr Zhuo is very professional, reliable all the time, I have done filling, crown, extraction with him. All good experience! Coco is kind and easier to communicate. Highly recommend!

My initial consultation at Northmed Dental was a good experience but that’s where it ended. Their customer service team pestered me about committing to the treatment, then I got a lot of mixed messages regarding my X-ray which was very confusing as one message said the quality wasn’t good and the next text was saying that they lost it and then I got another text with my actual X-ray attached which left me feeling very confused and frustrated and not confident with their practice. No refund was offered for the poor quality X-ray.

I had a great experience speaking to the receptionist at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful.
Good wisdom tooth extraction done by the dentist.
Some calculus was missed after scaling and could have been done better. However, great practice and dental representatives overall.

Just had a great dental visit! Staff was super nice and I got a decayed tooth filled plus a deep cleaning. My mouth feels so much better now. Def recommend this place for dental needs!

I have no doubt a difficult pair of extractions were handled with a great deal of professional skill and patience.
The fees were very reasonable and I believe the advise given re treatment options was honest and not motivated by potential fee level considerations.
The practise took great trouble to schudule an urgent appointment.

Superb Dental Clinic highly recommend. Fantastic dentist saw me on a Sunday. Removed my wisdom tooth on Wednesday, very smooth process. The whole team was extremely professional and friendly. Followed up on how my recovery was going.

I got a tooth extracted here there were complications and I had a bit of an issue but AJ who was called in was wonderful and very honest, made me feel reassured and like he’s really cared about my family and me. I can see he strives to please the customer and make the practise the best it can be. That’s rare to find these days. So being able to chat about the issue and be looked after means the world to me. Sometimes things can go wrong or not as expected but being able to care for you patients in such a kind honest way and trying to make it better shows what such a great place this is.

AJ came recommended to me by a friend. I’d wanted my teeth ‘fixed’ since I was a teenager but wasn’t ever able to find the courage or afford it. Now in my 50’s I was finally able to get the work done and achieve the smile I’d always wanted.
AJ is excellent, a specialist who explained clearly in a kind and caring manner what was required for me to achieve a confident smile.
AJ and his team allayed all my concerns, ‘fears’ and nervousness and performed the work professionally and completely pain free which was crucial to me for a successful outcome.
He also offered great advice and follow up on how to keep my smile in great condition in the years ahead.
