7Offered them a photo of the windscreen part number when booking a replacement as it's a complex windscreen. They declined. After dropping the car off and driving home they called to say they needed to order a windscreen in. Exactly what happened to my son at a different Novus branch. Went elsewhere. They said they could fix it without a full replacement. The inconvenience was extremely annoying. Especially as it was unnecessary.
Damaged my rain sensor and plastic housing.
Took a month to get remedied.
Potentially they are short staffed and the training provided to the technical team for modern vehicles requires additional attention.
If you have a modern vehicle with special electronics, recommend specifying to the front desk that extra care should be taken when handling your vehicle.
The admin staff are very approachable and competent.
Please consider discussing your vehicle needs if modern equipment may be disturbed during your service.
So I booked for 11am, two days later than the earliest availability knowing it was a 3 hour job, meaning I could pick the car up about 2pm while theres no traffic. I got a text reconfirming the time, they shifted it to 11: 30, I drop it off quarter of a hour early for their convenience, 3pm rolls around and I’ve not been called yet so I follow up and am told the car can be collected at 4: 15. Cue me having to uber there right between school and peak hour traffic, having to close the shop I work in because my colleague is gone for the day, then sit in traffic to get back to work. 0/10 not impressed, y’all are either over booking or don’t have enough staff, sort it out.
Phone system was being updated so calls were not going through. But super friendly staff who were happy to help
I recently had to lodge an insurance claim and decided to go with Novus Westgate for the repairs. From start to finish, the team at Novus Westgate was incredibly friendly and efficient.
Special mention needs to be made of Chrissy, who was my main point of contact throughout the process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. She made the entire process stress-free and I felt like she genuinely cared about my satisfaction.
The quality of the repairs was also top-notch and I am extremely satisfied with the final result. I would highly recommend Novus Westgate to anyone. They truly go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and deliver excellent results.
Good service, nice people, quality work. Just good experience as customer.
