8 Brought the car in through insurance, they then call and tell me they do not have replacement in stock, which they should have checked carefully before asking me to bring the car in. They then give me no status update until I call in a week later. After my call, they check with their provider and then book my car 4 days later. Again, I bring the car in, and they then call me saying that the replacement has not arrived, which they should have called me earlier so I am not wasting my time and job driving back and forth. They asked me they can do next business day, I left the car there and wait during the weekend. Nearly end of the next Monday they call me saying they broke the replacement and if reorder it again from Japan, it will take 12-16 weeks. So frustrated and disappointed. From 8Jan to 22Jan and wasting lots of my time but the problem was not solved. Not recommend.
Updated: they finally put in a broken glass that even worse than my original one, broken to the driver face, and asked me to drive home with that broken glass. How can they fit in a glass like this and have their client drive home? So ridiculous and unbelievable.

Excellent service. Broke rear screen on my RAV4 when I had overseas relatives staying. Broke on friday afternoon and they had it fixed by the tuesday, 2 working days, great communication.
Be OK if you could have spoken to someone, no help at all. Not what there tv advertising suggests
Booked me in straight away and i had my dog so walked to Owera and got a call that my windscreen was ready. Took them about an just over 1 hour 20mins. Really impressed. Lovely young man started straight away and receptionists absolutely wonderful. Definitely 10/10. Totally recommend NOVUS Glass Silverdale. Thank you so much for the great work.

Quick and easy. No drama here getting the cracks in my windscreen sorted. Happy to recommend.
Not good service. Booking was mixed up at the start when i dropped of the car, repair carried out but not satisfied with repairs as car still leaking. When contacted to resolve this the were very unhelpful and could not assist. A waste of time and money.
