NumberWorks'nWords Tutoring Remuera

Thanks to Number Works and Words (Remuera) that provided great tuition to my son in the past year. As parents, we are so happy to see his improvement on his math study. Lovely staffs there and always keep parents in communication about child's learning progress.

Amazing results! My daughters were always under achieve with their maths. They are now in high school and definitely need extra help to get over NCEA. Been attending for 2 terms and both daughters got merits in maths! Thank-you Ayla, Javan and the team!

The sessions were very good and organised. All of the staff are professional and trained, and the environment was friendly. The software was easy to use and simple to operate with plenty of courses available for all ages and year levels.

Our daughter's maths has come along so much since she started NumberWorks. The personalised tracking of her progress is very transparent and the tutors can see exactly where she is struggling. They can then hone in and offer the right support to get her to grasp the concepts. Thank goodness for NumberWorks as our "parental tuition" was not working!

My daughter hated maths because she didn't understand it. She kept a smile on her face and kind of disappeared when ever maths happened until it was revealed during yet another lockdown - no hiding during lockdown! I booked her into NumberWorks and the team has done an astounding job of engaging her, making maths fun and giving her a safe place to ask questions and learn at her own pace. She now willingly does homework and draws out graphs and equations on pieces of paper! Cannot recommend highly enough.

NumberWorks’nWords have been a great support throughout the primary, intermediate and now college years. The kids have had some amazing teachers through the school years, but there have also been some real shockers, NumberWorks has had consistencies in good tutoring and give them confidence to carry them through the more challenging years (teachers). They are always enthusiastic about the lessons and can see for themselves were they needed support. NumberWorks supervisor are alway supportive in matching the lessons to their needs. It is one of our better family decisions.

My daughter has had two separate spells over different years at Numberworks. The difference to her confidence when approaching Maths has been invaluable. She enjoys going and wants to go. The staff know her name and greet her when she enters and leaves. You get what you pay for and we have paid for excellence.

I've found numberworks'nwords to be really worthwhile. My son has help with English and improved his exam results from 41% at the start of the year to 65% mid year (yr9). Hoping that he keeps improving for his finals.

Following his school work plan at each tutoring session enabled him to go over with his tutor anything he didn’t understand in class.
