I booked a GroupOn deal to have Lawn mowing service from this merchant and had a horrible experience.
I contacted the merchant 'NZ Cleaning Crew' on Dec 8,2018 for booking appointment of the Lawn mowing service I bought through GroupOn. But merchant said - they were fully packed for weekends due to Christmas and offered for weekdays - 17th to 19th Dec as preferred option. I agreed and made arrangements to be at home for those days. But the merchant did not turn up, neither provided any communication. I again tried reaching out and after multiple emails, phone calls they said - it can be done in January. But when I tried calling to confirm the date/time, the merchant stopped picking up my phones and did not reply to emails. Final email came from the merchant on Jan 15th, 2019 saying they can do it on 20th Jan, Saturday. I waited and again they did not turn up. This time also no communication. I'm really frustrated as it is been more than 2 months and I couldn't get the required service I needed. Hence requested GroupOn assistance to get it resolved or refund my money!
I would never use the service from this Merchant again.
