Hi Mike. Thank you for the offer of a refund and for changing your website so as others don't make the same mistake I did, however I have since used the two Shutoff valves and purchased two more elsewhere. I have changed my review to 5 stars.

Friendly and helpful staff for all your water filter needs: UV lights, o-rings, housings and eh … filters as well. I’ve been a customer for years now. They’re solid and dependable.

Peter and Mark saved the day when I accidentally cracked the quartz tube in my filter when replacing the UV light. Mark was able to source a tube quickly and stopped by to show me how to replace it, no hassle They are both so helpful and kind.so grateful.

Purchasing a new under the bench filter system to remove fluoride. Peter was great to deal with and advised us to go with the healthy choice filter.
It was couriered to us promptly to Hamilton.
Will defiantly use them for any future purchases.

These guys are great! I had a leaking UV housing with our bug buster pro Which I detected at 9pm. By 1100 the next morning a rebuilt UV housing had been delivered and installed and we were up and running. Outstanding service. Thank you!

Price of RO system is relatively high and there is no follow up support or parts. I would recommend getting RO systems elsewhere

We bought a new LG fridge freezer with a water filter. My husband connected it and a few hours later the kitchen floor was flooded. Husband was convinced the filter was faulty. He didn't know how to pull it apart so ended up cutting it.note he never read the instructions! I took it down to Peter and Mark and straight away they knew my husband hadn't connected it correctly. Mark showed me how to disconnect the cord from the filter which was very easy and also marked how far the cord was meant to go in. I got him to explain this to my husband over the phone. They even gave me a new piece of cord since my husband wrecked it trying to wrench it apart. A huge thank you to these guys for your wonderful customer service and for making me laugh. Moral of the story, make sure your husband reads the instructions! Will definitely go back for replacement filters. Cheers guys, Jeanette.

Received the filters on the same day we ordered them! Quite impressed with the delivery and the best prices we've found in years of replacing filters. Website could be better though (mobile friendly).

NZ Filter Warehouse sent the 2x10 inch filters very promptly to us. They have been recommended to me by a close friend. And Peter was certainly very helpful.

I have some positive feedback about this company. The person who answered my call was very courteous and the product was delivered very quickly. It seems that they really went out of their way to get the product on my doorstep before I left for an overseas holiday. The filter system is now installed and I am one very satisfied customer.

I called Peter at NZfilter and asked for a replacement under sink filter, for a model that I couldn't find anywhere.
He knew straight away what part and emailed me a link to purchase.
It arrived the next day and was a perfect match.
I had trouble working out the removal of my old one, which he helped me with via photos and email.
Answered promptly and very clearly and always extremely helpful.
