Excellent gym. I joined because they offer classes for lifting. As a newbie lifter this was great, very welcoming and encouraging. Loads of equipment and excellent trainers. Love this gym!

It's an old school gym. I really like it. You don't need more. Wiremu came especially for us and opened the door for us on a sunday, great guy. Friendly, funny, cool guy!

Still new to the gym but already feels like I’ve been here for years, everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Really feel comfortable in the gym and has such a great vibe. This gym is my second home. They play really cool music too!

Wiremu is the best trainer I have ever met. He have taken me to the next level! I am thrilled with the varied routines he have developed for me. Great place for workout. Has everything you need, awesome people come here. Training with Wiremu is well worth it, learned heaps of new things, better form!
