Excellent customer service and attitude. A man who speaks Mandarin provided good service! Despite the fact that he was the only one at the counter and that other customers were waiting, he served me patiently.
Absolutely hopeless service. Guy didn’t even have a clue how many bags of stones I would need for the area I measured. When I unloaded the bags they were old and all green inside. Two bags fell apart when I was carrying them down my path. Massive pile to scoop up and move. Been going there for many years. Last time I went service was also hopeless. Not sure why I returned but that is certainly the last time.
Very bad attitude of the staff (a lady). Let me very disappointed. I’m a regular customer more than six years. I’ll never go to Albany NZLS again.
Awesome help from staff especially Jason who went beyond the normal help and his knowledge well excelled the staff inside
After calling into two other landscaping companies which did not have the product we required, we were helpfully pointed in the direction of NZ Landscaping, Albany. We saw Steve who was a great help and we got what we wanted.

This review is for the driver who honked at me and yelled out his truck window on Triangle Rd Henderson this morning. I called their business to report his behavior and was told " I will text you the GM phone # to discuss with him". 2 hrs later and after a second phone call, still no response. Dude was probably late to work and thought I should turn into oncoming traffic that had right of way so he could get on 16 west. Is this the sort of person you want to do business with? Not me.
