Used to be good, the last couple of dealings were bad (received expired or soon to expire goods).

If I could give 0 stars I would. Word of warning if you want anything other than what's on the shelf. This review is for head office. As a fitness professional I'm beyond disappointed at the turnover time. 7 months. Sorry but it doesn't take 7 months to get anything from anywhere. If I didn't need matching items I never would have agreed to an initial 9-10 week turn around, which NZM somehow justified becoming an acceptable 7 months. Blame Covid right? Nice one. I intend on never doing business with NZM again.

Bad experience, product wasn't as described and not like the photos. Tried to reach out and didn't hear anything back not even an apology. Really dissatisfied with the customer service smh

Love the gym and the shop. Great staff, clean facilities and the right gear for how I want to train.

I usually buy online, and they are legit awesome, super fast, I went into the construction drive branch, the dude in there was SO Nice, friendly and Helpful, 1010 service.:)

First time buying from NZ Muscle as for whatever reason the protein I always get online which is around 40nzd cheaper with free shipping was 20nzd more than NZ Muscle since they had a sale. Package came at the right time but I had the wrong item. Numerous calls to their 0800 number and nobody answered. Emailed support but didnt get a response straight away so tried calling support number and constellation store to ask for how the process works, no answer. Tried Takapuna who answered and said just bring it in for replacement which I did and was easily done by the nice guy in Constellation Dr. Will try again when you have a sale but you need to make sure that someone answers your 0800 number.

If you order a product on a business day, you expect it to be dispatched the same day. Not two days later with the excuse they were having a sale so they've been under the pump - if you know your online orders are coming in thick and fast, get more staff to cover it. Never had this problem with big supplement suppliers in Australia or the UK. Sort your s#*t out.

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff who are willing to advise and answer questions.

Watch out for expiration dates. 3 months before expiration is not short dated to Nz Muscle standard.

I usually buy online so haven't actually been into the store, but it's dispatched from here. They have great deals, you'll usually get a little freebie too. Super fast shipping and readily stock available means you wont be waiting long for your goods!

I am feeling very disappointed with my recent online purchase from NzMuscle. One item already passed the USED BY date and it was not disclosed when I placed my order. And when I asked them about it, I was told “It is still safe to consume products outside of their best before date”. Not good: (

I have been with NZMUSCLE from 2016, and I'm doing this review based on multiple issues (1.expired products which they say "best before" is not expired 2.never delivered the promised discount codes) I had to deal with several occasions. Always, the NZMUSCLE team managed to justify making a bogus explanation. By far, the most unprofessional customer service and worst phone etiquette, I have ever experienced in NZ supplement shops. No followups for inquiries, when called for help/information: always have to experience the arrogant and ignorant amateur salespeople who will always make their point without hearing to the customer. I won't ever recommend NZMUSCLE for anyone.

I would not recommend NZ muscle to anyone, especially online ordering.
This has to be one of the worst customer service I have experienced in New Zealand. She did not listen to me and kept cutting me off and hung up in the end.
I would never deal with NZ Muscle. You don't know how to treat customers. I hope their calls are recorded so that they can find them and get rid of such arrogant staff.
Completely unprofessional.

Not happy with the service I am receiving (or the lack there-of), placed an order two days ago and haven't even received a confirmation email from the store. Also unable to contact anyone at NZ Muscle Constellation Drive.
Disappointed to say the least

I ordered the 1st of October and i haven’t received any tracking number and they do not answer the phone and emails. I’m feeling very disappointed with their customer service. Apparently order online is not a recommended option

I am overwhelmed with the service I received from NZ Muscle. The staff were over the top, and the package I ordered is great, they added a few extras in there too. Thanks NZ Muscle.

I always order on sunday and my day off is on monday and it always arrives on the same day 8am - 1 25pm super fast delivery and i would highly recommend

Delivery is crazy fast. I live out in the woops and they still manage to deliver next day. Really impressive!
