Great customer service. Unboxed the tool and get me to test it before buying. Unfortanately forgot to put a piece back in but they made it right by shipping it to me (on overnight courrier even if I didn't ask for it). It's only when things go wrong that you know how good the customer service is.

NZ Pipe has a great range of common plumbing fittings, pipe, hose and a few tools too. Unlike big name stores, they sell pipe in shorter lengths as needed, which is great when you don't need a whole reel. Unbeatable prices and top notch service. Highly recommended.

Brought and paid for items to be delivered. NZ Pipe emailed back to say website was wrong and I now have to pay another $ 50.00. I replied to say how is that my problem. NZ Pipe replied and said its now $ 85.00. Again how is it my problem the NZ Pipe website is incorrect.
NZ Pipe then cancelled my order without trying to workout an amicable out come. Very poor customer service and clearly not interested in retaining customers if they get things wrong.
