Terrible branch. We had goods charged to our trade account, which werent for us, 5 MONTHS AGO now and are still waiting for a credit/keep getting statements saying OVERDUE AMOUNT OWING. According to Head Office the staff at East Tamaki have to raise the credit for us. After 20 YEARS of having an account, because of multiple problems such as this, (over many years), we are now closing our account and taking our business to AMARE SAFETY who actually value their customers. Would have given no stars if possible/dont even deserve one star.

Courier is no good hope they will not use post haste

Impossible to reach on their phone number. Automated voice message after message after message. I don't want to place an order, I need information. Good luck in trying to reach an actual human being.

I came here to buy some safety boots and safety glasses. The staff who assisted me, helped me through choosing the right boots. I will definitely recommend this branch for anyone looking for safety equipments and such.

Absolutely selfish driver in one of their company cars just now. I've been lined up for covid testing at Botany for 30 minutes, moved about 20 meters in that time, and the driver comes and slips in front of someone ahead of me. It's not even the first time I've seen selfish driving from this person either which is really saying something because how often do people really cross paths on the road. So yeah I'll say something. They've moved on now but my god if they haven't cut in again I'll be surprised.

I ordered food tubs online and received 2 bottles of disinfectant instead, I called them and told them and they sent me a returns form which I filled out and they sent a courier man to pick up the items and I called and emailed back that the courier man picked up the items and I still haven't received a refund after 5 weeks. Ive called and email at least once a week and they all say the SAME thing which is they'll email the distribution centre and will reply to me once they get a response but Ive never gotten an email from them. Was my first time buying from them now my last time. I want my money back thieves!

You can never ring them, no one answers tbe phone and orders get delivered in drips and drabs also with missing or incorrect items. So much time wasting.

Kind staff, good range of different gear.
However all the clothing is for large people I'm 174cm short yes but denfintly not tiny yet all the pants where at LEAST 5cm too long. And they weren't able to order any in my size.

Friendly staff and very good service. I will keep going there to buy my work clothing and boots, the King Gee is the best very good quality clothing and safety boots.

Great place to get all your safety gear but also I heap of other workshop equipment and supplies. Great service too.

Staff are very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble especially considering it took me many attempts to find the right fit for my safety shoes. Pleasant staff

Nice people but don't go there if you are in a rush.

They really try there best but seem completely hamstrung by their own internal systems.

Made me laugh as I remember the frustration of working in companies like that.

I feel sorry for the staff and only stop in when the car park is empty or else you could be there for half your day.
