Terrible service, then after they sent me the wrong bowl. They claimed that the measurements online were the packaging size. Haha. I questioned how can the packaging size be smaller than the actual bowl…. They then agreed to take back. I never got my credit as they then claimed the bowl was smashed during courier transport.
Lie after lie.

Terrible customer service! Asked the lady in charge for the price of a vanity. 15 minutes later, still waiting as she proceeded to serve people who came in after us. When reminded, she says she would look it up for us soon! We left! C’mon guys! Buck up!

Got our black toilet did reno painting tiler tiled & plumber fitted black toilet it looks amazing it so comfortable also easy to clean and if someone forgets to put seat down you sit it on in the dark it isn't cold like white toilets lol if like picture happy to share

NZHomeware forgot to send the item I ordered then claimed the courier had lost it when reminded. Subsequently they supplied the wrong item twice before before finally admitting they did not have the item I ordered in stock. 1 month later I am waiting for a refund and will have to find the item I am looking for elsewhere. The only upside is that their customer services team is quick and responsive to emails.

Friendly and helpful weekend staff. I called on Monday to confirm delivery times and was told 1-2 days within Auckland. Waited the week with no sign of delivery so order was becoming urgent. Called the team at Avondale come Saturday and was assisted by a lovely young East Asian? Lady who organized for a duplicate order to be packed up by the east Tamaki team (they are closer to the construction site) ready for immediate pick up. They even offered to pay return postage for the original order which arrived late. Great communication between the two teams resulting in smooth service even during covid. Good looking stock, good prices, good quality. Highly recommend.

Came to purchase an item. Greeted by a friendly receptionist who lead me to one of the floor staff who assisted with my item purchase. Very helpful and friendly.

Kitchen sink very good. Shower tray and door good. Shower liner NO good. Our shower installation guy would not install liner, said it was too poor quality. But other shower accessories were fine.

Amazing floor mixer with good water pressure! Can't wait to use it! Arrived on time, very impressed with its design and package. Plumber installed it without any issue, very easy to install, no wobble and no leaking at all. The sale assstant is customer-oriented, sensitive and helpful. Will purchase again from this brand without hesitation.

I was a little concerned about ordering this type of faucet at this price, but it has far exceeded expectations after listening to Jessie's advice and finally trying it myself. It is a substantial and quality faucet. It enhanced the look of the bathroom. Just beautiful!
