Telemarketing company I requested have my contact detail and number removed and again they called to sign us up for passive income. No thanks.

I'm not entirely sure what this outfit does or what it's 'advice' product looks like, but I'm sick of getting cold calls from them. Also, the multiple 5 star reviews below look pretty dubious to me (all written in the same style by a large number of people who have only ever written 1 review each.)

We moved from Taranaki to Tauranga so this made finding a property difficult. Janine was incredibly helpful from my very first conversation with her. She took time to explain the area we were looking in to, and work with us and the property owner to create a situation that worked for all of us. It was such a pleasure to deal with Janine and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rental in the area or a property manager for there investment.

Thank you Janine for making the process of finding our home for the next 12 Months a very pleasant and stress free. Finding a place and moving within two weeks was a mission but made easy.

Very unprofessional, rude with horrible attitude I have ever spoke to. Dont know how she is even in the role.
Hope someone will take this review seriously and teach her some manners how to speak to people.
I will be putting formal complaint as well so that she will think 100 times before speaking to anyone with that attitude.

Finding a house to rent seems a mission nowadays but that wasn't the case with NZinvest. My wife viewed the first house that she didn't like but got Sara Davidson's phone number. We called her a few days later and she was so helpful and helped us view a new property outside her working hours. Verbal deal was done on the spot. Super helpful. Easy to approach anytime, doesn't matter how busy they are. A Big Big Thanks

I can honestly recommend Janine from the Tauranga brach. Janine has gone out of her way to assist our little puppy coming from South Africa to find a home suitable for us and renting with pets!
