Amazing staff, Emma really helped me in a difficult situation on a Sunday. She was knowledgeable and efficient, able to diagnose the problem from a few photographs and order the replacement parts. Went above and beyond, highly recommend and commend the service!

We have had a new pool installed (and are first time pool owners). Poolwerx was recommended to us by the company who built our pool. Right from the first time I stepped through the door of the store I have felt 100% confident with the service we have received. Emma is knowledgable, practical and skilled advising about pool maintenance. The mobile staff are efficient, reliable and do an excellent job. Finally, we feel very satisfied that we have a one stop pool shop on our doorstep.

10 stars. Went in there in desperation for some advice before xmas. Staff was fantastic and was able to alleviate some of my fears. Better than what I got from the company that sold me the spa pool. Popped in to the local for some advice on bringing the pool up to scratch for the summer and was pleasantly surprised with the new store. The shop is looking revitalised and the staff were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them enough!

OMG my fault totally BUT.the shipping! I clicked buy as it was for a gift, thinking nz shipping wont be too bad. What the. I get having a flat rate especially for the big stuff. Maybe consider a smaller flat rate for smaller items. $35 for a bloody inflatable thing and a set of lights! RIDICULOUS

I've been going here more and more over the least couple of years. Good people, great service and have really helped out with some chemistry issues with my spa. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

I went there this morning and the service was absolutely terrible. I stood there for 10 minutes while they unloaded a delivery and there was zero acknowledgement that we were standing there waiting to be served. I finally asked if they were open (they obviously were because of the open flag right outside) the was man incredibly rude and said they were but were too busy unloading the truck. There were about 5 staff members and no one was willing to serve us. We were extremely disappointed with this service and didn’t have time to wait around so we went elsewhere.

Product is fine but the postage out rageous for such a small uten a tube of glue postage $30.00 this is a total rip off no matter what you say you need to change postage you are passing on the cost of courier ticket to customers I might have to let this go to fair go an see what there reaction is very dissapointed

Amazing knowledge (free of charge) and selection of pool products at competitive prices. My best way pool was full of algae and I couldn't see the bottom (a result of my lazyness over winter). Took a sample in and the lovely lady gave me an accurate reading
of my pool water quality. I followed her advice and presto, a week later, the pool was clean and crystal clear. I always buy my products there now, as the pool chat and service is excellent.

These folks know what they are doing and are genuinely helpful. No hard sell here. I went in with zero clue about how to maintain a pool and they were very patient and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful. Went the seeking help with a problem of clouding in our spa and the gentleman asked a lot of question to get to the bottom of the problem. Said I was doing everything right and suggested I drop in a water sample for them to test

Awesome store, with super helpful staff that helped me turn my swampy pool into an enjoyable swimming pool. The advice was spot on and ongoing, and for a first time pool owner it was a pretty big ask. Staff were really good at teaching me and helping me understand the chemistry for the pool so the maintenance can be self-sustained also!

Simply awesome to deal with! I’m a pool newbie & oasis pools have been amazing for advice & tips. Trish is an absolute wealth of knowledge & has made the entire, potentially daunting process of pool ownership enjoyable!
You can’t go wrong here.you may as well get in your car now & start driving to the store.:)

Good Local shop with good supplies. It's a shame that we only have the one day on the weekend to get in there. Knowledge and expertise is good albeit sometimes come across as a little gruff, but you get over this once you know her:)

Nice friendly knowledgeable people own this place.any problems with spa pools or water qualitymotors etc you should go there.
