If you're planning to shop there close to the advertised closing time, best call to check that's the reality. I rushed to get there to pick up an item after an appointment in the city on Saturday, was relieved to make it despite the traffic, but at 12.50 they'd shut up shop.very disappointing.

We organize a third party to assist your 1 week prior to Christmas to replace your leaking hot water cylinder. We fitted in after Christmas your requirement to have a tray installed under your cylinder at a time that suited you This had to be custom made at no cost to you
Your Hot water cylinder is in the middle of your house therefore we could not install a drain The custom tray cannot work as required and is not a requirement as per master plumber association requirements in your situation

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to take parts of an old Caroma toilet and pedestal handbasin in and Patrick helped me change a seal and explained how to fix the plug. The parts cost me less than $10 when a previous plumber had advised I buy a new toilet system! Thanks again.

Went there on on cool Tue afternoon, looking for a shower head and a tee for my toilet. The show room was so empty that could not even find a sale person. Came down to the ground floor for the tee and was greeted with a death stare by a bald gentleman. Must be hard for him to to utter a simple hello after my "hi there". When mentioned the joint compound for my tee connection, the dear gentlemen had no idea what it was and started sprouting "it is just a plumbing store. ". So, well that was my cue to exit.
In conclusion, if you want to waste your time and experience a horrible customer service, feel free to go there. Or else, it is better to stick with your local stores or Bunning/Mitre10.

I'd like to publicly acknowledge the understanding and helpful service from this store. I may have made their job cumbersome with returning a bathtub - but this arose from a miscommunication. They made every effort to reconcile their mistake, and for this I am very grateful! If you are after 'great service' you will get it here. Thanks again!

A guy name Petrus is such an amazing man. Helped me with my plumbing query and didn't charge me more for that. Very lovely service. Reliable and very good service

Have not been in to the shop but I don’t think I ever will. I was abused by one of the workers there while driving out of a car park picking my daughter up from daycare. By mistake I didn’t realise he was trying to close the gate and it appeared I went around him at the same time. I could see why he was frustrated as it looked like I was being impatient but it was the end of the day I was tired and actually didn’t mean to. However really didn’t appreciate him screaming at me and banging on my car with my little baby inside who was startled. I apologised three times but he kept screaming at me. It was quite scary. Not a nice experience.

Had a new water cylinder installed recently. Paid in full the first day. Found something unsatisfied. As their quote is very high, they agreed to resolve the things that I was not happy with. However, they refused to give me a break down list of the invoice (is this legal?). And I can only clearly see that the cylinder price alone is NZ$300 higher than the price at Mitro 10. In the future, I will think twice and not make the same mistake I had.

It's an Aladdins Cave of plumbing supplies. They have everything including old and almost obsolete fittings and spare parts. I took a piece of broken 1991 spouting in that other plumbing supplies shrugged at and they had all the bits and pieces I needed to repair my spouting.
