Outstanding service in an emergency situation. Plumber came out the same day, called when he arrived, called when he had made an assessment of the problem and solution, and called when he left. Excellent communication from the whole team. And the price was extremely reasonable. These guys will become my regular plumbers. Thanks so much:)

An exterior garden tap was required to be replaced as part of a deck renovation. Ocean Plumbing provided a plumber at very short notice, so the builder wasn't delayed with his work. The quality of Ocean's work was exceptional. The charge was higher than expected, but mitigated through the responsiveness and quality of the work. Highly recommended.

Their accounting systems seem to be sub-standard. Harrased me over several days for a payment I had already paid on time because they couldn't find in their system, even though I had referenced it as instructed.

I use to deal with Kevin and his team when I was managing buildings in Auckland CBD and I have them again to service properties I am looking after in West Auckland. Glad to see Cameron for yesterday's work. Great team!

Have used Ocean Plumbing a number of times over the past few years and they are outstanding. Responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Can't recommend them enough.

Horrible customer service, the lady who answers the phone is extremely unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all. Had an issue with over charging and an incorrect report written up after they came out multiple times and did botch jobs we politely asked her about it but she did not want to hear anything about it, would not contact the plumber to rectify the issue, made us feel like idiots, never contacted us back after multiple calls of us just querying the bills. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! They do not care about their customers and the work is slack.

Although Ocean Plumbing did repair the leak in my pipe, and came the day we called as it was an emergency (which we are very grateful for), the job was left extremely unprofessionally. The job required cutting holes into the ceiling, which was perfectly fine, but every inch of the bathroom was left covered in plaster. There was no communication about moving our personal belongings out of the bathroom. The bathroom floor, as well as from the outside leading to the bathroom, was covered in plaster and paint dust. The plumber filled a recycling bin he found outside with his PPE and a heap of plaster - it would have been fine if he had just asked. He also left a pile of plaster on the ground outside. Not impressed.

After wasting my money and time with other plumber which they couldn’t fix the leakage, Ocean plumbing fixed it! It was just AMAZING. They had problem solving attitude and good follow ups. Highly recommend
