Of Hand & Heart Art Gallery

We always visit this little gallery in Warkworth. So much to see and so many beautiful pieces of art, pottery and silk. Rick Urban is so helpful and knowledgeable and wrapped the beautiful bowl I bought so well. We will be back.

Popped in here a couple of weeks ago. Its hidden at the back, off the main street. Definitely a delight for all of the senses. Loved it. Will come back again.

Fantastic range of ceramic art, pottery and paintings. Rick, the owner, can tell you something about every artist. He's knowledgeable and happy to share, or just let you browse. The prices are very reasonable. Great for collectors, a gift, or if you want something for home. A real gem.

We followed the yellow brick road to find this lovely little art gallery. There were so many lovely items. I recommend visiting.

My husband and I popped into this gallery today and what a delight it was! This is a seriously awesome gallery, filled with the most gorgeous pottery and beautiful paintings, created by very talented artists. I ended up lingering for ages before purchasing!
Do not miss this heading into this gallery if you love art. I only wish I lived nearer and could visit regularly.

Simply the best gallery I have come across in this area. Fabulous work from a number of talented artists and you'll find a unique piece of art for a variety of price points. Don't miss this wee gem - just follow the yellow brick road!

Beautiful gallery, really good range and display. Was welcomed to come visit by (I assume) the owner and my partner, being a local, had never seen it so I thought why not? And ended up buying my granny a wee gift. Good visit if you’re in town and wanting to mosey around

I had a very unfortunate visit to this shop this week. I've never been before and I was quite excited to see what this place has to offer. In need a special Farewell present and with a healthy budget I was keen to see what was on offer.
Unfortunately my family and I were met by a rude older man who had a face like thunder and a demeanor to match. He snapped at my eldest in a way that was totally unwarranted. I spoke up saying that was Unnecessary and I simple got a stony glare.
I decided my money was better spent elsewhere so we left and we will not be back again.

What a delightful experience! I followed the Yellow Brick Road, down an Alleyway, just to the right of the Warkworth Hotel. Such an interesting shop full of delightful treasures. I purchased a beautiful Paua Shell that had been dipped in Copper on the outside, so unique.this shop is great for those unusual special gifts.

Beautiful artwork and ceramics on display, including works by local artists. Highly recommend visiting if you are after handcrafted gifts or a piece to display in your home. I could have stayed in the store for hours admiring all of the pieces.

Beautiful gallery, a real pleasure to visit. Lots of gorgeous NZ Pottery & work from overseas as well. Plenty to look at & reasonably priced to take home too. Gallery owner very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Well worth the trip up to Walkworth from Auckland or if you’re in the neighbourhood.
