I got my screen fixed and when I went home, my flash light isn't working, I took it in to a different branch and they said it would take 5 days to inspect and repair and offered no replacement phone while it's getting repaired. Now I can't use the flash light because I can't afford to get a replacement phone for 5 days!

They placed a reply below but it's just for good show because no ones replying to my emails or quieres!

Was very impressed with the service here. The young man that served us (Vishal) let us know a the options for what we needed, how much they would cost, and which would be best for certain circumstances.

Extremely pleased with my gel screen protector and the quality of the install.

Cheap quality tampered glass. I got tampered glass for iphone xr and on a very small drop it got cracked. $2 tampered glass from wish are much durable than these $30 cheap glass.

Sleazy sales tactics and poor service, I guess times are tough at Omni.
Avoid if you can.

I bought one iPhone original earphone from them with 3 months warranty. Its stop working in 2 months and when I visit the store the refuse to replace it. Very poor product quality and poor customer service.

Bought something faulty and when I went back a few days later, the lady was very unhelpful and rude.

Purchased a glass screen protector and applied to Samsung S7 Edge, within 2 days, the whole cover just lifts off. File a complain to the head office, fast response from them and get repaired.

Terrible customer service, seemed very unitrested and spoke very rudely. The store wasn’t even busy at the time, he just seemed like he didn’t care.
Do not recommend the place to others, plenty other electornic stores around.

Came to Omni Tech to get a glass screen protector purchased and applied to my iPhone 7, however the protector itself was incredibly poor quality, it failed to fully stick down all around the edges. The shop assistant attempted to console me it was because of the 'curved' screen however it wasn't touching the curve. Your products are just terrible quality, and $30 for a screen protector that doesn't fully stick down, what a joke. I could buy better off AliExpress! Avoid these guys like the plague.
