I had the guys from the ONCORE team do quiet a few repairs at my house. The workmanship was to the highest quality possible. Very easy to deal with them and quick to respond and get the job done. Recommend them 100 percent and will be using them into the future project and repairs

Working with Jay and his team from Oncore Central Auckland was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their exceptional service, effective communication, and high-quality workmanship exceeded my expectations. Jay helped with my insurance claims and made sure the project was copmpleted in time. In January 2023 major floods hit Auckland, rain water got trapped in the external wall on our property creating a pool of water two metres high and with poor drainage, it quickly poured into our townhouse, completely flooding the ground floor. We faced a few challenges from getting an insurer to assess the property and finding a good builder, while living out of town.

After receiving the settlement amount from our insurance company, Oncore was able to review the scope of works and confirm they would be able to do the job with the budget. Oncore also made recommendations to improve the property such as the upstairs bathroom was in a bad state so we renovated and the kitchen cabinetry was well worn, rather than keeping it we only had to get fittings supplied as they would be already doing the labour in the kitchen. Oncore was able to see the property from the homeowner perspective and get the best value from the restoration work, not only meeting our expectations, more importantly, exceeded our expectations as the additional improvements have added additional value from our original insured claim.

Prior to this work, we never heard of Oncore. Jay managed this project from start to end and was our main point of contact which gave us a piece mind – he is quick to respond & follow up with any message, assist with enquiries from our insurance company, handled the various traders, gave alternative suggestions to better the property, attention to detail and keeping us well informed.

If you get to work with Oncore they are transparent with all details, they are quick to confirm if there are any variations and all processes were made seamless so would definitely recommend and use them again if the opportunity arises.

As a real estate agent, I often help clients prep their homes for sale - sometimes under very demanding time pressures. On a recent property, with a growing list of jobs needing to be done and a deadline fast-approaching, Jay and his team jumped to it and got everything done quickly and to the highest of standards. They were always professional, nothing was too much trouble and the outcome was superb. Excellent work, team.

Ordered a Healthy Home Report on Thursday night, Someone came around on Sat to do the assessment, and got a report on Monday. Talk about efficiency!
I also like the layout of the report a lot. It is well organised and colour coded with plenty of photos as evidence. Easy to get the gist of it at a glance; and then you can read it in details at a later time. Also you can't beat the price at $129+GST. Can't ask for more!

Needing to bring our rental property up to spec with the Healthy Homes requirements. I contacted Jay to understand the process and to seek guidance. After a full survey, it was clear that we needed to upgrade our heating system and instal moisture barrier to comply. Jay offered to manage / undertake the work and provided a clear statement of works with sound quotes. Not only did this save me time in trying to find tradespeople and manage the work myself, but Jay and his team committed to the jobs and provided expert practitioners to get the job done in a very quick turnaround. Jays team were not only courteous, communicative and helpful but clearly skilled in their trade.
