33I'll have to say the quotation that we received was very dodgy. This was done by the owner themselves and then sent over by a lad named Ashneel to my wife Sanjana. The quote was in 5 lines for a bathroom renovation. Very unprofessional!
I had 2 significant problems. One the new heavier kitchen doors they put in broke the old hinges immediately they refused to fix them. I accepted a quote just before 30 days but even though it said valid for 30 days they put the price up after acceptance.
I’m an ex Tradie and there quotes to fix up items for a healthy homes assessment is priced far too high. Ok inspection but would be a miracle to pass as perfectionists & definitely would get follow up work quoted elsewhere via a handy man.
Would highly recommend Oncore, excellent service - project was delivered on time and on budget with spot on follow through to details as the project developed.

We had some work that needed repair in a very short time as it was picked up during a builders report as part of sale of our house. We wanted to get all work completed by settlement and Kevin D'Souza and his Oncore team did a great job with waterproofing a bathroom, retiling, refitting plumbing as well as plasterboards and repainting. The buyer of the house was happy with the work completed and the settlement went through OK. Thanks Kevin for all of your hard work.

Been waiting weeks to hear back about roof repair. I reached out and they’d totally forgotten about me and now can’t take on my job.
The Silverdale agent Lindley just does not respond. Whether that is to requests to call from Oncore reception services, phone call, text or email. Frustrating.

Never use Oncore - they are hopeless.
No wont call you - you are a waste of time to talk to.
Terrible service. I emailed for a quote in April, which took about a month to get back. I had to continually follow up about the eta of the repair to receive very indirect answers. After many follow-up emails and texts plus multiple cancellations on their part I fixed it myself instead. A very stressful and unpleasant experience.
Never use this company they have people using their company name that abuse women for no reason and dont even sort the issue and get back to the victim
I asked Oncore for a kitchen shelf replacement in January. I emailed multiple times to remind about a quote, finally received it in March. Then I was told that they were going to ask the company they work with about just doing one section in the quote, and I haven't heard from them since - we are now in April. Had it fixed in a week with another company.
Good communication which cost us 3K on top of repairs which the subcontractor (and other quotes) charged ~3.5K. Subcontractor work was very much to our satisfaction. Paying 3K extra for a few emails was not and left a nasty aftertaste for what would otherwise have been satisfactory service. Shop around for alternatives and competitive quotes as you're bound to stretch your budget for more elsewhere.
We received great service and fair pricing from Oncore during our first healthy homes assessment. Angela and Julian were so helpful in answering our questions and supporting us to achieve the compliance standard.

Operator had great phone manner while booking an appointment. However they changed our booking time multiple times, last minute. Eventually, they didn’t turn up or even call. Time waist.
We have just had our kitchen rebuilt. It is always difficult to choose someone to do the work, but we chose wisely. For the removal of the old kitchen, undertaken by the team of workmen including an electrician, painter, plasterer, and plumber, I couldn't have engaged a better team for doing the job. The team were from Oncore Central and organised by Dave Jose. The on site co-ordinator was Mark, and his professionalism has been instilled in all his team. They did a fabulous job, and my wife and I are very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed with their work ethic and perfect finish.
