O’Neil’s Real estate is a trusted and reliable property management company. We stayed for two and a half years, and they helped us all the time when we needed them.
I would recommend then as your next property managers.

Peter Bailie, more like Peter Bait-you-into-the-worst-realestate-agent-in-Auckland. The properties he sells is way WAY under the council valuation, mostly due to his poor sales skills, poor communication, lack of effort, and especially the terrible photos that you can see in all his listings on his website. Whether it is for renting or selling, stay away from Oneills Realestate!

O’neals Real estate is the bottom of the bucket when I comes to property management.
Peter is a sad little man who likes to make him self feel better about him self by bullying his customers tenants and causing issues over nothing.
We took peter to court for a number of reasons.trying to withdraw bond for carpet cleaning, witch we found out was replaced after we moved out due to it simply being old.
Then I turned out he owed us money as he had been charging us for the water for the front property as well.
The judge ruled in our favour and I got my money back.

Peter bailey is a sad pathetic man in a sad little pathetic office.

Very dodgy and rude service when we want to move out, just trying to get as much money as possible.

Really dodgy place for renters. Tried on two separate occasions to unlawfully siphon money from our bond for property damage which occurred prior to our arrival. Unprofessional service.
