After just moving to the island, I was having car issues at a time where it was the most inconvenient it could be. Quickly popped in in the morning to see what I could to do fix it and Raoul very kindly took time out of his day to help me out, even without a scheduled check! One kind gesture on their behalf, absolute ripper service and now I will be going to Oneroa Automotive for any and all my automotive needs in the future.

Poor service, took my car in for a warrant of fitness, they failed it on brakes but couldn't tell me what the problem was but they could fix it in 3 weeks time, took my car to vtnz the next day where it passed they said there was nothing wrong with the brakes they also picked up on advisories that Oneroa automotive did not pick up on. Very poor service with a '" it's not my problem attitude"
I would not recommend using this place.

Too busy to help me, although I broke down around the corner, so no idea how good or bad they might have been.

Very happy with there expertise in regard to a battery issue, had all the answers and sorted a better replacement than came with the car from New.

Over priced, slow service and unprofessional. I had a WOF done for a motor scooter and it cost me $65 which is twice what I have been charged in the past. It took them 45 minutes despite being booked in. In all other places it takes 15-20 minutes (it's just a scooter for heaven's sake!) Then finally he failed the bike due to a "high headlight" This despite the bike getting a WOF 6 months previously and hardly being ridden since (it sits inside over the winter)
I was warned not to come here as many others are having issues with these people. My advice is to avoid at all costs.you've been warned.
