I went from iPhone to Samsung to OPPO, no looking back, quality tech at realistic prices.
I am a tradie and I'm for ever dropping my phone and ive never had a screen crack. Best ever.

Been wanting a foldable for ages but always hated how thin and tall the outer displays were and how visible the crease on the inner displays were. The OPPO Find N3 fixes both of those and doesn't compromise anywhere. When closed it feels exactly like a normal phone to me and when open the crease is literally invisible, like I can only see it if I'm specifically looking for it. Overall this is a great high quality phone. 10/10

I ordered for a charger adaptor and a cable on Thursday and Friday this was delivered to my address very fast processing time and loved using Oppo phones for its amazing camera quality.

They told me that it would take three weeks to repair the mobile phone, but I didn't expect it to be repaired in less than one week.that was Very good! But it was too expensive to repair my phone, but the service was in place. Finally, they gave the mobile phone case for free and two movie tickets. Give it to 5 stars. I hope it will be cheaper to repair my mobile phone in the future.

The phone I bought was excellent (Oppo Find X5 Lite), I'm really enjoying it.absolutely wonderful phone.

I bought my phone direct from Oppo NZ, phone was sent out fast, well packed, and with good communication.

I had to phone Oppo NZ about something kind of unrealated, and there Auckland based staff member was amazing, instantly knew what I was talking about, and found a solution for me.made things so much easier and smooth.

I recommend Oppo for there quality phones, and I recommend Oppo NZ for there quality service.

Took my phone up to Auckland to get my broken screen replaced. The team at Oppo did a great job and had the phone back to me within 2.5 hours. Highly recommended.

Looking for owners response please. Jay it is unethical to supply information that is inaccurate, when I have asked you to supply evidence you constantly refuse.lisa called me and my phone cut out on her, biggest issue after constant requests to have my phone content backed up, Jay has made this issue extremely distressing.have spent hours days weeks trying to get my phone sorted calls diverted to overseas. Given the Auckland office phone number, countless messages no response.
Overseas promises of call backs that never happen time and time again.
Service agent giving me instructions over the phone made things worse. I asked twice this won't affect anything else on my phone It did, this has been going on since date of purchase

Had to get a new battery for my phone. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful
As well as replacing my battery, they also replaced the back and front cover and gave my phone a good clean, free of charge. My phone looks like a new one now.
Would and have recommended OPPO as an option for your next phone.

Great service. Have bought many phones through Oppo for work and family, and just had my first ever fault with an Oppo phone, after just under 2 years an issue popped up with the phone, had it sent in through Oppo send-in repair and although it took 2 weeks after arriving in Auckland to have it looked at, OMD Electronics fixed it perfectly, I ran a few quick tests to make sure everything was right and passed all perfectly. They fixed the issue and on top of that decided to replace the battery due to a minor capacity decrease and replaced the screen on top of that as well as adding a tempered glass screen protector, all free of charge and under warranty. Great phones and great warrenty repair services will 100% stick with Oppo in the future.

Complete trash I purchased a oppo with in 2 weeks would not turn on. So I took the phone into a professional shop to find out if it was a cheap problem I could get fixed after the shop told me it had a faulty cpu. So as it was 2 weeks old took back to oppo to get fixed or replaced. They said no sorry warrenty is void because some else looked at it.

These phones are a waste of money my daughter has purchased two and the speakers play up on both a complete waste of money, she has four small children and is pregnant with number five so a reliable phone is essential. Would not recommend oppo at all

I'd bought an oppo phone about 2 years ago, Earlier this year I changed Wifi providers. Wanting to retain my number, there was a sim card exchange during when I broke the sim holder. This was replaced within a week by Oppo - after waiting 3 months for Omni to supply and at an inflated cost. Great c/s Oppo, good fone too.

My 15-months old Oppo's screen went black. After several days of looking into what's what with some local (Tauranga) retailers (i.e. Noel Leeming) and smartphone repair service centers, the friendly but unconvincing information led me to contact Oppo's service center in Auckland.

I received immediate, friendly, accommodating, complete and apt information. Repair was done for just over half the price of a new (A91) phone, which is significantly less expensive than doing it through the above mentioned alternatives (who claimed extra costs which are NOT claimed by Oppo, though they insinuated it).

The phone was diagnosed instantly and fixed in less than 45 minutes after dropping it off at Oppo's service center in Auckland. Only payed for the part. Big shout out to Dane, who was beyond friendly and accommodating.

The only slight downside, I would say, is the lack of warranty due to stated "water damage" (reportedly, difficult to verify), which was very surprising. And of course, the fact that I had to go to Auckland for it (to get priority,) to get it fixed faster. Made it into a getaway. Either way, cut out the middle man, straight to Dane at Oppo service center!
