Dont waste your time and money in this workshop.they dont even know how to find the parts for cars- told me your car can fixed in 1 week but took 4 months keep making diffrent excuses that part is been misplaced or arriving from german and japan, parts coning thru cargo ship etc-
rather then fixing my car they curbed my car rims and dent with scratch while they used my car in out in work shop and denied after- old fiji man is biggest lier in the world- they not even real mechanin plz dont bring your car here to get fixed -

My mother gave them my number to call me since she was travelling overseas - They said the van would be ready in a day or two. A week later I had to go to them and ask for my moms van. The man in the office had to look back in his book for my name and number.

He then said the guy he ordered the parts from (a radiator?) was taking too long. I asked him why he didn’t text or call me to let me know instead of me having to go out of my way to go see him?

He then grabbed his phone and called the guy to see when the parts are coming.

He didn’t apologise but kept defending himself saying “You saw me call him so just have to wait. ”

I asked for how long another two weeks? Mind you my moms van has been in Oracle European Services for two months.

He said will be ready the next day.

Next day comes and I call the company asking if my moms van is ready? A worker answered and said it will be ready this afternoon. Ok, cool. I’m happy. The owner calls and about an hour before I’m able to pick up the van he pretty much demands $180 payment for some insurance?

I asked him why he didn’t mention this yesterday when I came in to see him face to face? His reply was my mother knows about the $180.

I called my mother and she said no that’s not right cause insurance is paying.

I pull out $180 cash, show up.as I pull up he basically yells out GOOD TO SEE MY CAR BACK and then cracks a smile. ‍️‍️

I just have him the money and wanted to leave.

Communication isn’t there, storyline changes, and pulls a last minute charging fee which I had to come up with last minute.

You be the judge.

Worst place on the earth! Deal with caution they had my Ute for 1 month and a half mechanic was always overseas and full of excuses, got my Ute back after apparently a new head and bunch of other parts vehicle was delivered back to me in a worst condition than it went in oil all through the radiator no oil in the sump water in there grease marks and hand prints all through the interior and over the bonnet so shocked how they operate when messaged about these issues I was just ignored so tread carefully

Don’t ever visit to this place. Overpriced place and full of morons. The worst part is when i was about to pay they told me eftops machine is broken, who the heck carry cash like that.
And guy sitting in office literally mentioned if i don’t pay they would take out my tires. Bruh! Should start mentioning this before you start service on the car that eftops machine is broken.
Pathetic service. Never visiting this place tbh.

Thanks for the feedback. I had booked initially but have just cancelled with grab one. Alot of dodgy assholes out there guys so appreciate the feedback. Not saying these guys are bad but normally where there's smoke there's fire. Cheers

Bought a wheel alignment voucher and booked an appointment 4 weeks back for 11th Feb 2pm. I was there and the guy dont know about my booking and asked me to wait for couple of hours. Had a discussion with the owner and he doesnt even care about the service or my time and also gave a free suggestion "if you dont want to wait get the refund". USELESS SERVICE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

If you value your vehicle then DO NOT LET THESE SO CALLED 'MECHANICS' NEAR IT! Don't let the 'EUROPEAN SERVICES' name fool you as they have no clue how to competently service a European car with out damaging it and do not fully honor Grabone coupons either. NEVER AGAIN!

Purchased a voucher for an air conditioning re gas. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO NEAR THIS FIRM.
Within 1/2 hour of dropping off the car we received a phone call to say it would cost $500 to fix it and that it was a very good price and would be "only for today. "
I went to another garage and got it repaired for 1/3 of this price.
They are RIP OFF ARTISTS, SCAM ARTISTS and should not be in business.
You go there at your own peril.

I should have check reviews first before I purchased grabone voucher. Went there this morning to get my car service done. Went there waited for an extra 20mins andy car was check. Mechanic guy told me my car need special oil which is not part of the voucher (agreed to pay extra). The worst part was when i was about to pay (again mechanic guy told me eftpos was not working, on our way to bank to withdraw as i didnt have cash, he asked me extra $15 for his lunch, was shocked as he has my car key and won't give me unless i handed it to him (already wasted my time there for 2hrs and need to go to work so didnt bother to argue anymore). I honestly would not recommend them. Let my story be a lesson to all! Even 1 star rating is not deserving

I got my car serviced under grabone voucher from them.they did a fantastic job my money spent on voucher was worth it. I also got few more quotes prior but they were cheap and provided good work.i got wof check A/C regas and cambelt kit replacement done at very less cost then other workshop. I will suggest you people to go there for having a good deal and service.

I have done air con regas of my car from here for just $24. This is very cheap from outside market. Very good customer service. Highly recomended to everyone.

DO NOT GO TO ORCALE EUROPEAN CARS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY RING OTHER PEOPLE TO ASK THEM HOW TO DO IT:
I PURCHASED A GRAB ONE DEAL FOR CAMBELT BUT THEY SAID IT WAS ONLY FOR HIM TO CHANGE THE CAMBELT AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE CAMBELT KIT
HE THEN FINISHED AND IT KEPT CUTTING OFF SO THEEY PULLED IT APART AND STARTED AGAIN WHILE SOMEONE ELSE WAS INCREASING MY EXCELERATOR SO IT WOULDNT CUT OUT WHEN THEY TURNED IT OFF AND ON. MY CAR NOW DRIVES OFF BY ITSELF WITHOUT ME EVEN PUSHING THE EXCELERATOR.

DONT NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THERE JOB!

The fantastic service i have got ever. Thats really a good place to fix your car i will highly recommend people to go there. Very good customer service and experienced staff. I will never go anywhere else for my car service.

Dodgy, dodgy, dodgy. Take heed of the scathing reviews. The GM is an absolute prick and his staff and all under the pump and hate the sight of customers. My wife was privy to a lot of swearing under the breath and racial remarks towards customers. Yes the deals are cheap to tempt new customers but I'm willing to bet my left testicle this place will be shut within the next 6 months, only to open under a different name.

Highly recommended! They did a very good job with my Previa and advised me on what else needed to be done.
