Organics Out West reviews
27Super helpful staff, really knowledgeable and a great range of teas, oils, food and snacks catering for all types of diets.
Lovely people. Knowledgeable and friendly. Good variety of veges and other items at good prices. A local gem!
Great local family owned store, super friendly staff and knowledgeable too, will be back for sure.
Amazing range of organic products! Lovely staff and the cafe inhouse is pretty good too. We had a couple of mochas and tasted great.
Really helpful. Rang looking for micro-greens, and they weren't sure when they'd get some in. 10 minutes later THEY rang me to let me know some had come in. Friendly, helpful staff. So greatful! Will be back as I saw other products that interest me. Thank you so much!
My favorite health store. Joanne is a world of knowledge and has helped myself and my family on many occasions! Very greatful:)
Organic everything you can buy all of the good products and produce that you need and some really good advice you can even get your coffee organic as well
Not a bad range of goods bit pricey but great help there plus they will explain about what's in the product if your unsure
Lovely people. Lovely shop. Everything is fresh. The people are very knowledgeable. Enjoyable visit every time!
Great organic grocery, vegetable, fruit, seeds, grain, refrigerated products, body care products. Organic coffee brews available and a naturopath usually available. Ample parking spaces. This is my usual shopping outlet.
Friendly staff and some decent prices here, which is a nice change from most of these stores!
Unfortunately, the range of products is not as diverse as, say, Commonsense, Huckleberry or Natural Organics. The store is small but welcoming - I just wish there was a wider variety of the products we're all going out of our way to find, and try to afford (since we all know that going organic/healthy/vegan/paleo/anything isn't cheap in this country)! Still, a good option for some of the organic staples!
I was here with my son whom swears by this place. He shops here regularly, loves the staff too.
Broccoli was rotten when I got home and sliced it in two. Dinner beans not edible after two days store in veggie draw. Bananas texture was awful.
I got my organic hair colour gel from here brand called Herbtint. And I love it, I wish I would have picked up much earlier. Nice staff and if you want to treat your self you will find something at this store.
Nice range of organic food and goods especially if you prefer to discuss with a professional naturopath for all your health needs. I also like the koanga seeds range they have on display. Great place to get your essentials.
I love stopping in every few months when i get back to NZ on business, amazing family owned business with some really cool products.keep up the great work guys.
Sold me rancid flour which meant I couldn't make my partner a cake for her birthday, then told me that I must have done something to make it rancid, after having it for only 24 hours. Also, I cannot believe you're allowed to stay open. You don't sell "food and medicine".
You sell coconut water and multivitamins. Overpriced turmeric is not an essential service.
EDIT: The store owner is currently lying about what I asked for. I did not ask for anything at all, as I was too busy being accused of being a liar from the moment I showed them the flour. After five minutes of arguing, she reluctantly offered me an exchange, which I immediately accepted. These people are dishonest and sell poorly stored produce which will make you sick, thankfully I cook with almonds enough to know what they should smell like, I could have given my partner food poisoning for her birthday! Dishonest people, do not shop here. What she has done below is a very common tactic for bad business owners attempting to damage control a narrative. To give credibility to my claim, I want it to be known that I am willing to change my review for a personal apology for lying about my character, no "refund" necessary.
Very friendly nice big store with loads if goodies. Sanitiser at the door. I'll go back for sure.
Friendly workers. It is located in the middle of Glen Mall (in Glen Eden). I don't go there necessarily for their organics, but they definitely sell things I can't find at the supermarket- such as hemp seeds and Dr. Bronners soap
