The receptionist ladies are very friendly and helpful.
Dr Reddy is very calm, friendly and caring. I always feel listened too, she gos the extra mile, although time is limited per patient. Overall Doctors &Nurse are wonderful at the clinic.

Doctors are great, though if you have a particular doctor you want to see, make sure you book an appointment to avoid Disappointment.
The Nurses are skilled & friendly, ready to help to the best of their ability.
Lets not forget the Administrative staff who work tirelessly behind the scene, in order to keep things running smoothly

It’s always a pleasure to encounter the front office staff and our GP is the most caring and efficient one could wish for, so more than happy with this practice

Love the appointment system they have. Receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all very pleasant and easy to talk with. The nurse checked that all my appropriate tests were up to date. Dr was thorough with his examinations. The whole process took about 40-45 minutes max. Sure beats waiting for 2-6 hours at my previous medical clinic. Glad I changed to this medical clinic

Thank you for taking the time to care about my health. Came in to see the nurse, after being checked by the nurse, ended up seeing the Doctor and next onto the Nutritionist, and afterwards a blood test!

Doctors and nurses are always very professional. They all have great knowledge and understanding of general issues and are always kind and caring

They have amazing staff and are very kind and friendly. I love how easy it is to book appointments and also how they let you pay your fees off overtime. Overall they are the best doctors that I have been to so far throughout my adult years.

My last visit to the Otara Family and Christian Health Center was all good. There was no long waiting and Doctor's service was very helpful.

It's a good system running very well, I can book online then when I get there the staff is very kind, and welcoming all doctors are very professional and efficient very good experience, that's why I still go even when I've shifted all the way out Manurewa George new, but very good
