28/8/23 Got great service, friendly competent tech. 30/8/23 received an invoice, due on the same day. Paid it within an hour. 31/8/23 accused of being overdue for payment. NEVER accuse someone of not paying, when they have. Poor, unprofessional admin work. Edit: Apology received from management

Amazing service from Bryan and team (highly recommended), Bryan was extremely busy when I had called and still made time for me to ensure everything was captured from a quoting perspective for my commercial upright display fridge that had faulted after 2 years usage from another supplier. I had contacted several businesses prior and had to go back and forth and had almost given up to purchase a new fridge. Ozone Refrigeration and air conditioning ltd was able to ask the correct questions and everything was captured from a first contact resolution perspective. Despite giving me a lead time that was 2-3 weeks they were able to prioritise my request based on my urgency along with impact to my business and I couldn't thank you enough. The workmanship was superb and went above and beyond to ensure everything was working correctly before leaving as well.
